When we got there, one lady was setting us up and the second lady seemed upset that we wanted to keep the massages together instead of wife getting facial first while I start a massage. A third boss lady walked in, strictly told the ladies in their language something and they snapped to attention. The boss lady then said, right this way to your 1.5 hour couples massage. While walking in she talked me into buying an extra hour massage for my feet while they do wife's facial afterwards. I wanted the day to go smooth so I just accepted. I had planned to go shopping during her extra hour. The massages were excellent from both ladies, absolutely nothing to complain about and we were both in heaven afterwards. We go upstairs to start the facial and do my extra hour of massage. The lady (did my second hour) and boss lady (did my wife's facial) BOTH did amazing work and we loved every minute. On the way out, after increasing my spend there from $300 to $405 I tipped each lady $20 cash ($60) which I based as 20% off my original $300 bill (not the extra $105 added on for the hour I was forced into) the main lady says "only $60 for three workers". I gave her another $20! Overall a very great time, just not cool to downplay a 20% tip after dropping $405. The massage was A+, the atmosphere was an A, and the facial was an A+. Was so tired of looking for just the right therapist since the last two I had been using moved from the area. I was visiting the Oriental Chi at Merritt Square Mall, and it was good until the person I liked best Mary was on vacation. So opted for another. He hurt me so bad I could hardly breathe. So I stopped going. Then I found the Miracle Healing Spa in Rockledge. My therapist was Anna. Oh my. What a great massage. So attentive to my problem areas and I requested a foot rub be added to my massage and it was THE best I've ever had. It's quiet (unlike the mall place), I go twice a month now. So believe it or not, want a great massage ask for Anna! You won't be sorry. Prices are reasonable. read more

Had a therapist that spoke little English except for calling me honey. Did only one side of the body of a full body massage, was asked to concentrate on feet, neck and shoulders and didn't listen, despite me asking when she was going to move on to other areas. I was so upset when she finished and those were not done. Go ANYWHERE else! I also asked for a Swedish massage and she did not know what I was talking about. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon. I was able to book a reservation within two weeks. We never received a confirmation email or appointment reminder so that was weird. We showed up 15 minutes early because usually you have to fill out paperwork but they do not have paperwork... again pretty weird. I felt like the building was very clean and located inside a dome home so it's very cool inside and out. There were dog toys on the floor and egg shells outside the building. It felt a little too homely. I didn't smell food cooking or see a dog however. We were the first guest, so maybe they weren't prepared. The first thing the employee mentioned, was for us to purchase our massage directly...not on Groupon next time. On a professional level all of that was an odd start. The staff member did get our massages started a few minutes early so that was nice. The room is very nice and the swan towels were a nice touch. It was very cold in the room and the beds were not heated. On a cold/rainy day this made for a brittle massage. Getting naked was awful. I would suggest bed heaters at the bare minimum. The massage itself was okay. I did have to remind the masseuse quite a bit that I was tender and she was a little too rough. I also wanted to be able to glance at my partner but they put a towel over the back of your head. On the upside, the stones felt amazing. I did enjoy this portion. The paraffin wax was very scorching hot. After letting her know it was too hot, she did let it cool down before placing my hands in the bag. I wish she would've let me remove my ring. Nonetheless my hands did feel very soft after this. The massage itself was not bad but we felt very sore afterwards. Once the massage was over they left the room abruptly and we got dressed. They were kind to offer mini waters. While the experience wasn't bad, I don't think it suited our preferences and I would probably not return. read more

Amazing experience. Highly recommend. We arrived early and talked to the manager (David) for a while before the massage started. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The massage room was a beautiful presentation with nice, calming music. Both of our masseuses were phenomenal. I had Jennie and it was the best massage I've had. Bri had Meghan and hers was amazing as well. We requested the hot stones too (definitely recommend). I have been going to Miracle healing since they first opened and have never received my full time that I paid for. I was happy when they opened because they are very close to me, but I will not be returning anymore. I have been using Megan exclusively and the last time I went she asked me if I would try a new girl. I said no and she said "please, I will give you an extra 30 minutes for free, just give a tip to her and the other girl" so I said "ok". She brought in this other woman who proceeded to teach her how to massage on me, then when it was over, charged me for 60 minutes with her and 30 minutes of two girls massage, total $160 plus tips for both of them and the total time I was there was 45 minutes, that includes the time I was laying there waiting. I tried to explain but she says she didn't understand. I have points built up that I never received anything from. I told her that I am never returning. read more

Was able to make appointment online. That was nice. Location is in industrial area of Viera near a rock quary/concrete place. Two little round houses, cute. Upon entry, they were not ready or expecting me. Someone came out of a room and when I told them who I was they asked me how I was going to pay, they recommended cash and pointed me to an ATM in the foyer. That ATM charged me $7 fee on top of my bank fee of $2. Personally, I was thinking this is their tip. I asked to us the restroom before a 90 min Aroma Massage. The bathroom did not have toilet paper or hand towels for washing. I used what I carry in my purse. The massage person (not sure they are certified) led me to the couples room just off the foyer. During the massage (in which I am completely naked and covered by a baby blanket sized sheet) the person left 4 times!!! No discussion, no warning, no communication. Just up and walked out the front door exposing me to the entire waiting room. Once I believe was for hot stones, once for a wet towel, once for paraffin bags, wtf knows the rest. The room is HUGE. These things should be in the room, not someplace you need to expose your client to the outdoor world to retrieve. When we finished the massage, she never said anything besides, "we are done." I got up and dressed, left the room and at the front desk she had a mini bottle of water waiting for me. I handed over the $120 in cash from the ATM and then in very hard to understand English (to which she typed in her phone a translation) she wanted a tip in Cash or Card. Truthfully I wasn't planning on a tip. The service was poor to say the least. Massage was ok, but they need to up the game on sheet coverage techniques and client comfort. After removing the hot towel and stones they leave you exposed to the air which makes it really cold. She asked me to turn over while wearing plastic bags of paraffin on my hands!!!
