Truffles, ice cream and alcohol, they have it all! We were dazzled by the assortment of truffles and ice cream. It was hard to pick a few truffles but the raspberry was my favorite! Rich, creamy and tasted just like raspberry. I also order the mango sorbet and it was to die for! Packed with flavor and so smooth. Loved the little waffle they served it with also. I love this place. I am glad they have a great location out West in Wichita. You want a great place to have a coffee, tea, or even a glass of wine, there are lots of options for everyone here. Great date night place or even ladies night out. Even if you have kids, this place is fun to let your kids pick out some tasty chocolate. The place also has patio seating if you like and lots great natural lighting. The workers are super friendly and kind and always have great input because they know their menu so well. I love most everything from Cocoa Dolce. However, the last few times their blueberry muffins have been so strong on lemon you can't even taste the blueberries. This place is a Wichita gem. I love their affogato. If you don't know what an affogato is, it's a scoop of gelato or ice cream topped or "drowned" with a shot of hot espresso. You can't go wrong with vanilla, but I always choose the banana pecan praline! They also have Italian cream sodas and all sorts of desserts. The staff here are super friendly and efficient. Due to COVID, they clean every table before you're allowed to sit. They even have a little note that says the table has been sanitized so that customers know they're sitting in a clean area. I've also been to the east location and every visit is always a pleasure. My go to spot for gelato for sure! read more

Great atmosphere with a great selection of drinks and sweets. This was my first time visiting and purchasing from Cocoa Dolce. Went in early, was the only customer, and was greeted promptly by staff who answered questions about their products. But when it was time to purchase, their software didn't work to purchase anything. If you're just picking up a few chocolates to eat right in the store, they'll present those chocolates in beautiful white platters. If you're picking up a few chocolates as a gift, you can pick out the perfect flavors and then they'll be packaged in a beautiful box for gift-giving. -Amazing furniture and comfortable decor. Along with the good presentation of their actual food, there's a great presentation of the restaurant itself. Everything looks new, clean, and comforable. There are regular tables as well as couches and soft chairs. There are a couple of gorgeous chairs in a beautiful, deep purple. Most of the seating is easily moveable, so you could accommodate large groups of people for chatting and socializing. -Huge variety of chocolates and treats. Macarons, cookies, brownies, gelato, small chocolates, and more. They have pre-made options of those things, but they also have a display case of the macarons, gelato, and small chocolates. You can choose individual items for eating, and if you buy larger amounts, you get a discount. But since some people have a craving for a single flavor, and the individual purchases can work great for that. -Delicious coffee drinks. We've only tried their iced Latte so far, but it was absolutely amazing. We'll be trying more of their coffee drinks soon. But they have a lot of flavors and customization for their drinks. -Great treats too. There's a wide variety of flavors, and surprisingly, each flavor we've tried seem to match the flavor as described. It's not just a matter of barely-different-than-regular-chocolate. Each chocolate is noticeably different than the last. CONS: -Chocolates can definitely be a bit on the expensive side. They're delicious and artisan, and you could definitely argue that they're worth the price, but at between $2 to $5 per chocolate, you can run up a tab relatively quickly if you aren't careful. read more

Amazing chocolate options. They were so cute and delicious looking. I couldn't decide what to get. Also.... they had ice cream. I wish I hadn't eaten so much before coming in otherwise i would have gone with the ice cream instead of their spicy Mayan coffee. Pay attention to the spice level. This isn't a review on their chocolates. We had a box of their macarons. The flavors are very good, however all of the macarons were fairly dry and hollow. The macaron cookie quality could have been better and it's been better before. But we were disappointed today with how dry and hollow they were. Overall we enjoy the place and will come back, but I hope they get a little more consistent with the quality of the macarons. read more

However, 2nd visit, I felt rushed, the guy gave me the total before I was done ordering. I had planned on ordering a gelato or pastry in addition to the box of chocolates and italian soda that I ordered to go, but the way he rushed to get payment was off-putting.
