On July 8, 2026, I brought my 2026 Hyundai Tucson to the Hyundai Service Department located at 4960 North State Road 7, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, for a recall service. Scheduling my appointment over the phone was quick, easy, and hassle-free. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but I arrived early at 7:15 AM and was the first customer waiting in the service drive. While I waited for the service department to open, one of the sales associates came outside to acknowledge me, which I thought was a thoughtful gesture. Once the doors opened, I was greeted by Frank Picciotti, my Service Advisor. Frank was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. He reviewed the reason for my visit, asked a few questions, had me sign the necessary paperwork, and invited me to relax in the customer lounge, where fresh brewed coffee was available. Since I needed to get to work, I arranged for a ride, and Frank explained that the software recall update could take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. What impressed me the most was his communication throughout the entire process. He promised to keep me informed every step of the way through text messages, and he absolutely delivered. I received updates through a convenient link, letting me know the progress of my vehicle, and another notification when the service was completed and my Hyundai was ready for pickup. Being able to go to work without worrying about calling for updates made the entire experience completely stress-free. Excellent communication like that makes a huge difference, and Frank exceeded my expectations. Hector Zapata greeted us as we walked in. With any Car Dealership we are wary, but to my surprise, Hector was patient, and polite. He walked us through the process, showed us their inventory and most importantly matched our payment we wanted. Two other dealerships (Mazda was flat out not going to work with us) couldn't do that. Hector did and he made the sale. Honestly the Hyundai Tuscon model we bought 2026 is so elegant, drives absolutely amazing. Locked in a deal online and had a lease trade in on a Tesla, not only was I setup on pricing with the vehicle I was purchasing but was even given a over the phone appraisal of my vehicle. After driving nearly 2 1/2 hours across state I met with Charles, who was respectful, but not helpful. I wasn't able to speak with the sales person. I spoke with on the phone and though they were able to pull up the numbers, they denied my lease trade at the door and had me leave the dealership unless I was paying for the car only. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Coconut Creek Lincoln. I contacted them through their official live chat on June 16 to confirm the availability and price of a specific headlight. I clearly said I preferred to continue the conversation there -- not by email -- and the agent assured me that my message had been forwarded to the team. It's now June 18, and no one has reached out. Not by message, not by phone, not by email. I needed this part urgently and was hoping to pick it up in person. A simple answer -- even "not in stock" -- would have been enough. If you're in the market for a Lincoln, look elsewhere than Coconut Creek Lincoln. Unfortunately, we made the poor decision to buy our new Corsair with them. The sale was easy and went relatively smooth. The salesman (Maurice) was nice and oh so helpful and friendly, assuring us that if we needed anything after the sale, he would always be there to help. A couple of weeks after the sale, we had a couple of questions regarding features our car might or might not have. Crickets. Not one of three calls and messages left were responded to. That is until I left a message saying we had a friend looking into buy a Lincoln, THEN he called back immediately. When I asked him about the car features, he said he would get back with me. That was a year ago and I still have not heard from Maurice. Now let's talk service. We made arrangements for our car to be picked up and a loaner provided to have a couple of slight issues fixed. Easy. Picked up the car, left the loaner; no problem. Then we got a call from the service area asking about fixing the dent. Dent? What dent? There was no dent dent when the car was picked up! Oh, sorry. Wrong car. What??? On August 31, 2023, I made arrangements for my car to be picked up on Sep 13 and a loaner to be provided for an oil change and a small fixed item. Sep 13 had to be the date because no loaners were available until then. On the morning of Sep 13, I got a text saying my car would be picked up as scheduled. Ten minutes later, I got another text saying it pull have to be rescheduled as no loaners were available. Really? I scheduled this far out and a loaner car could not be reserved? When I called to ask what was happening, I was told they were out of loaners, but should have one soon and someone would call the following week to reschedule. It is now Oct 13 and that call still has not come. Out of frustration, I called and spoke with the service manager, Andrew. He appeared to be shocked when I said we were considering buying a new Cadillac since we apparently couldn't get our Lincoln serviced. He assured me that he would take care of it, get to the bottom of it, and arrange everything for me. He sent me his personal text number and seemed pretty helpful. We have texted a couple of times since. He even told me he would pick up my car while I was on a cruise, have it serviced, and ready to drop off when I returned. That was it. No more information. No more texts. When I got back, I messaged him on Oct 4 and asked what was happening. A day later, he texted back he was still trying to get a loaner for me. What??? My car is STILL waiting for service and sitting in my garage. We have since reached out to Pines Lincoln, who is picking up our car next week. read more

The car is mostly fine, except for poor-performing air conditioning. It is noisy and needs service. I'm certain you knew that fact. There was only ONE key/FOB, and I also asked about that. On the Dropbox forms both you and I signed, it specified there was a Replacement key charge of $100.00. I would rather have the extra key set, and I have made several dozen calls to your dealership with NO or delayed response to my concerns. The only person who showed any concern about these problems was James, the salesman. There was also NO User's Manual, so he graciously ordered one from eBay, paid for it himself, and sent it to me. I am thankful for that! One good item that was done; was new tires were installed, but that's something almost all caring dealers would do before putting an automobile up for sale with worn-out rubber. There is a MAJOR problem with your phone systems and personnel who do NOT answer phones, return messages, and even let calls go to a DEAD message system full of NO answers or Mailbox Full messages! I have tried many times to talk to management, but got No answer or someone outright LIED to me about passing a message to management...if there are actually managers who care at all about customer service. They will likely have any make, model, & color, but if needed they will obtain what you desire. However, there is one reason I collaborated with this establishment for my leasing needs, and his name is Jack Jemini! Jack has been my Automobile Expert for almost 9 years, & I would only work with him. Jack actively listens, diagnoses life situations, & always has the best fit for needs. If you do not want to be "sold," but cared for & properly serviced, Jack is for you! Per a real life situation, in 2016 I was a Bank Manager earning a strong wage, so I leased a Hyundai Genesis. I loved it! However, in 2019 I decided to quit my job to pursue a full-time PhD, earning a stipend. This was my ambition, but for a few years during the program, it will be a significant paycut. I was apprehensive that it would be a challenge to get a new car, but Jack helped me comfortably lease a Hyundai Sonata SE on my revised budget. My Lincoln hybrid suddenly started getting less than half the mpg that it was getting. I brought it in for service. First the service agent kept insisting that nothing is wrong even though it obviously is. Then the mechanic starts yelling, and i do mean actually yelling, at me that there is no reason for what I was describing. But if I leave the car for a week they will look at it. So I just left and will never go back. Another thing; I needed a new key fob programmed. The service agent tells me it costs $400. I told her I already had one (which, btw, I bought on ebay new OEM for $60). She said it's $160 to program. My independent mechanic did it for $40. Anton Z. was one of the rudest salesmen we met at this dealership. If it wasn't for him, we would have had nothing but pleasant experiences here, but unfortunately he ruined it. Anton greeted us at this dealership after my husband talked to Robert Perez on the phone about the possibility of leasing a car. Due to an unprecedented personal situation with our brother-in-law and his family, they were in need of a car immediately, so we called Hyundai to ask about co-signing options that fulfilled our budget, to which Robert said he might be able to help us out. Robert was preoccupied by the time we arrived at the dealership, so Anton talked with us first. We gave him the explanation we gave to Robert and told him what we were told. At first he thought my husband and I were looking to buy, so we informed him that it was actually our brother-in-law looking to buy. Upon hearing that, Anton looked our brother-in-law up and down, shook his head and laughed. We were confused so we said "What?", and he continued to laugh and said "Are you going to attack me?" Mind you, we had a 1.5 year old baby with us, so we really did not appreciate his hostility. He then kept insisting that we weren't going to get what we were looking for, when he didn't even know what we were really looking for because every time we tried explaining it to him, he cut us off and argued that he'd worked in the business for 9 years, and he had never seen anyone get approved for what we were looking for. Anton was the sole reason why we almost stepped out of Hyundai, but our past experience with Coconut Creek Hyundai was so good (big thanks to David Burton for all the help with our inquiry of trading in our Sonata for the Kona!) that we didn't want to leave this dealership with a bad impression. So we asked Anton to just let us deal with Robert, because he seemed a lot more keen to help us out. Robert is extremely kind and way more accommodating, just like David was. And guess what? We got approved for a nice brand new 2018 Subaru Impreza with the rate we wanted, so Anton clearly still has a lot of learning to do, even with his "9 years in the business". Yesterday my wife bought a Hyundai Tucson. Our Salesman was Clark. He did a great job of showing us different models and options. Our time was cut short and we told him we'd be back tomorrow. Never felt pressured. The next day we went back, picked out a car and said goodbye to our car of 12 years. We think our new Hyundai will get us around for 12 more. Just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition (tons of advanced safety features) from Coconut Creek Hyundai. Great experience all the way around. The best part of the transaction was my sales associate Oliver B. He was absolutely incredible in every way. I did my homework and knew what a good price should be, and Oliver worked really hard to me get me the best deal. Oliver even went the extra mile and pulled up a detailed maintenance history for this Elantra per my request. I never once felt pressured and when I picked the car up the next day Oliver had it perfectly cleaned and filled with gas. Finance was very quick and low pressure as well. This dealership has a very simple price structure compared to other dealerships (Negotiated Price + $949 + Florida TTL). There are no electronic or other hidden fees, just those three items. I called Hyundai directly and couldn't get through to the right line so I can get a ride back to Hyundai so I could pick up my vehicle. My father had to pick me up and take me Hyundai. Last year we bought our last car from them and the loan officer pulled my husbands credit 7 times and mine 3. We have tried to get them to release the hold and they refuse. Absolutely horrendous service, the most disrespectful people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've had to take my car in 3 times for repairs on a warranted part, finally paid to tow my car 45 minutes to ANOTHER Hyundai dealership just to finally get it fixed properly. The only time this dealership ever cares to speak with you is when they're sending you mail (about 10 pieces of degrading bait and switch junk mail offers a month) to try to come in and "get a great deal on a new Hyundai!" Fat chance.They hate their customers, unless the customers are buying a new car. They fail to keep you informed about anything pertinent about your vehicle (such as safety recalls or issues like that), they just send you tons of crap about buying a new car. I've brought my car here for repairs for warranted parts that consecutively broke, and I've tried to bring them repairs business for parts that were not covered by my vehicle's warranty. Either way, they don't want my business. They speak down to me each time I step through the doors, not to mention that they're never open the hours that are posted online or in-store. They will tell you that you need to pay extra for cosmetic issues, then give you attitude when you don't want to pay $150 just to have a door handle painted. Based off of the numerous disgusting interactions I've had with this dealership over the years, I will never ever buy a Hyundai again. Side note, they will never take you off of the mailing list that you've never signed up for in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere when buying/leasing a vehicle. I've leased two cars here consecutively, and after this last episode, I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know the same. Stay away. My advice is to shop price here, online if you can, get your very best price from these idiots - you can get a good price if you work it - and then get another local dealership to match or beat it if possible. The 15-30 minute drive to another dealership is worth it for all the possible grief and energy you'll save from not dealing with this place. I spent two weeks chasing after them to fix issues with a new car. I was promised no less than 8 times by the salesperson, sales managers and the dealership's general manager that a service appointment and loaner vehicle would be arranged. These guys clearly did not want to make good on their promise - they made it seem that it was difficult to actually schedule service and a loaner car. You would have thought that service appointments and loaner cars were akin to some sort of special ops mission or something, for all the supposed coordination needed. I mean, it's not like car dealerships make service appointments and loaner cars available every day for customers needing both, is it? Don't expect Hyundai Dealer Liaison Center (Customer Care) to help much. They're middle men that help to spread the BS the dealer hands out to customers. Funny how once I informed their GM that I had filed a complaint with the State's Division of Motorist Services/Dept. of Auto Dealers, the Broward County Consumer Affairs Division, and the Better Business Bureau how fast they called to tell us to bring the car in and a loaner was now suddenly available. Bullshit is bullshit, ya know. I've been buying and leasing cars for a long time and I've never ever dealt with dealership that is so cavalier, so arrogant, and has such disregard for customers. Customer service? Customer satisfaction? Not here. I kid you not. How a business, any business, can treat its customers like this amazes me. Seriously. What I'm here to write about today is the GROSS MISCONDUCT & OVERCHARGING the service departments do and in particular this establishment. What do you think an acceptable gross margin or markup percentage on parts should be? 50%, 100%, how about in excess of 300% Well, this is what you can expect from this place. They not only abuse the customers who buy cars from them, they just stick to the company mantra of "it's in the book" or "this is what everybody charges anyway" Well, I have to tell you..... Shame on you for screwing me once, shame on me if I ever go back to this place. They charged me $601.00 for an EXACT part I could buy retail at Autozone for $157.00 You do the math. ALSO, I claim fraud on their recommended maintenance. They suggest replacing virtually everything when my "TRUSTED ADVISOR MECHANIC" just tells me, that's what they do. They run up the bill and see what they can get away with. Suggested brake replacement? The pads were only 50% done. They are just like Hillary Clinton. Can't be trusted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brought my car in to get a $3 piece fixed...cost me about $300 for labor. This is something that fails in the Hyundai Elantra in only 5 states because it's rubber and the heat destroys it. When I got my car back the steering wheel was not straight, my dad took it back since I couldn't get off work and they told him I needed a strut replaced and my engine cradle straightened out and that they couldn't fix my steering wheel due to not being able to align my tired because of those issues. Seeking a second opinion, I brought my car in for an alignment and new tires to Firestone on University right across the street from the Coral Springs ale house...they were able to align my car no issues and told me that Hyundai tried to rob me of my money. Dealer doesn't live up to offers made. Had a 2015 Genesis, received an email offer from Hyundai offering to pay the last 3 payments if I leased a 2018 Genesis. Long story short, the dealer never paid off the 2015 lease as promised, resulting in a negative report to the credit bureaus. General Manager doesn't return calls. Which is so disappointing as she was the best service advisor they had there. I couldn't remember the name of the other service advisor that was good like Rebecca so they gave me Mario. This guy is such an ass. He should not work with customers as he truly sucks at it. Apparently he has been there for a long time and the company loves him because he gets his customers to buy services they do not need. He was pretty upset when I requested a different advisor and had no problem expressing himself in front of me or other clients. He is so unprofessional and for someone who had been there so long you would think he would have learned how to treat customers properly.
