Scheduling my appointment over the phone was quick, easy, and hassle-free. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but I arrived early at 7:15 AM and was the first customer waiting in the service drive. While I waited for the service department to open, one of the sales associates came outside to acknowledge me, which I thought was a thoughtful gesture. Once the doors opened, I was greeted by Frank Picciotti, my Service Advisor. Frank was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. He reviewed the reason for my visit, asked a few questions, had me sign the necessary paperwork, and invited me to relax in the customer lounge, where fresh brewed coffee was available. Since I needed to get to work, I arranged for a ride, and Frank explained that the software recall update could take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. What impressed me the most was his communication throughout the entire process. He promised to keep me informed every step of the way through text messages, and he absolutely delivered. I received updates through a convenient link, letting me know the progress of my vehicle, and another notification when the service was completed and my Hyundai was ready for pickup. Being able to go to work without worrying about calling for updates made the entire experience completely stress-free. Excellent communication like that makes a huge difference, and Frank exceeded my expectations. He walked us through the process, showed us their inventory and most importantly matched our payment we wanted. Two other dealerships (Mazda was flat out not going to work with us) couldn't do that. Hector did and he made the sale. Honestly the Hyundai Tuscon model we bought 2026 is so elegant, drives absolutely amazing. We didn't go in to buy, had never owned a Hyundai, but it was 7,000$ less than our old Mazda CX and hands down rides better, better gas milage and again, all thanks to Hector for helping us match our payment we wanted and taking great care of us from A to Z.

At the time, I figured like anyone else would that perhaps the air cabin filter needed a change. My "service advisor" stepped into my vehicle and was convinced "100%" that I had a dead animal in my car, although it is parked on the 4th floor of a parking garage every single day. I left the car to be diagnosed and hopefully fixed. When I asked this "advisor" how long it would take, he refused to give me any estimate. The same day I received a call from the service manager Ronnie, who told me he took a look and didn't see a dead animal (shocker), and that everything was ok for me to pick up my car. When I arrived, the smell was still there if not worse. His solution; call corporate to discuss my warranty. Fast forward 2 months later, I bring my car to a different Genesis dealer for maintenance. The person servicing my vehicle was SHOCKED that I had not had air filters replaced, despite it being a part of my scheduled maintenance package. Needless to say, both filters were replaced and the smell is now gone. The laziness and incompetence of the service team at Coconut Creek can not be understated. For this alone I would never return to that dealership to even purchase a vehicle, and I would recommend others to also avoid given the lack of transparency.

We arrived a few minutes late but were warmly greeted by the "TSMP Exotic Driving Event" team. After signing some legal documents I watched as other customers raced around the road course track with screeching tires and revving motors. I received a little coaching from one of the crew members and then was allowed to sit in the car to take pictures, adjust the seat and get acquainted with the car. My "ride-along" team member got in and the experience began! As the motor was started I buckled my seatbelt, adjusted my seat, took a deep breath and away we went! The first 2 laps were kind of wasted because I was trying to get the feel for a car I had never driven before. The next three laps were an adrenaline rush! As I raced around the road course my "ride-along" team member shifted the touch button gears so I could maximise the cars speed and agility. The last lap was my best as I screamed through the straightaway and veered hard into the corners! WOW what an adventure!!!!! On a last note: You can also have of veteran driver race you around the track possibly reaching the maximum potential of the cars handling and top speeds out on the course.
