The bar was so dark that I had to keep pulling my flashlight just to look at the menu and sign my receipt. Then we decided to go upstairs to try to enjoy our drinks and to our surprise, we saw that the wine glass for the spritz isn't even washed. They poured our drink with dirty glassware. The bar and staff are great. We had a VIP table here for NYE. But it's not just for parties. You can visit here whenever. Often, we will have a celebration dinner of some sort at 1700 Steakhouse downstairs. One time, for Judez birthday, they not only provided us with a bottle of champagne, but then afterwards they escorted us upstairs (10th floor - El Mirardor), and gave us a free drink or two on the rooftop.
