Baskets of beads and shells outside the store. Many beads inside the store as well. I love all the blue colors. So pretty...

We visited Sedona two years ago. How time quickly flew by... I remember the beautiful red rock landscape all around us, and the very mysterious yet feels a bit cult-like reverence to all things vortexes. I don't know if the locals there truly feel that way, but they really market that to us - the tourists. I was at Tlaquepaque and happened upon this lovely bead shop. Quite a small store, but stocked up on the most interesting colors and selections of beads, semi and precious stones. I remember the lady working there being so kind in showing me how to finish a bracelet. I brought a few things there thinking I was going to make some necklaces and bracelets to give to my friends when I came back. Lol. I only did finish one. However, I now seem to have a lot of time this week, so maybe, just maybe I will work on it this week. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area (once this whole shelter in place passes of course) or you can shop them online. Really wonderful area to browse also.

I'm not one to give reviews, but I had to for this cute store. Shells, starfish, and other jewelry selections from all around the world, and I bought the cutest pearl earrings. The staff were so kind as well. I came one day, and left without purchasing anything, and regretted it so much I had to come back the next day. A hidden gem, and a must!

We saw a vacant space, so we grabbed it. It was right in front of a cool little art shop called Sedona's Tree House. Poking your head through the door is enjoyable in and of itself. It's as if you've met up with the Ents of Fangorn Forest (The Hobbit) and have been carried into a magical treehouse dream, with a giant tree climbing up through the middle of the shop. The shelves are cleverly designed from beautifully rough cut and masterfully finished planks held up in some cases with what seem to be branches growing out from under them. Hand crafted Kokopelli wind chimes, nature inspired table and wall art, and various artsy knickknacks of all sorts are beautifully displayed throughout this cozy little treehouse-themed shop. We ended up buying a beautiful sun-themed wind chime for only $25 that we're looking forward to putting up in our courtyard when we get home!
