Keating was working in our subdivision and we had them do mudjacking for us as a preemptive measure on our fairly flat driveway. Not even 2 months later there is now noticeable settling and cracking. Google states mudjacking lasts 2 to 5 years, not months. At our prior house, mudjacking fixed our problem with settling on a sloped driveway. There is NO warranty from Keating and when contacted, they will not do anything to resolve. Also, Keating had mechanical problems during their work.

I'll start this review of this company by saying that I should have never agreed to having nearly…read more$10,000 worth of work done with a one hours notice. A person identifying himself as the owner of the company knocked on my door in response to a request on Thumbtack for Asphalt service. He claimed that he had Asphalt and a crew ready to go because of a cancellation earlier in the morning. The price that he quoted seemed fair, a little bit higher than one of the bids I had gotten, and substantially lower than a second bid that I had gotten. The work was started and completed in roughly a five hour timeframe. Generally speaking, I was pleased with the final result. Far from an excellent job however, as there was no detail clean up as I was promised by the crew chief. The reason I am posting a harsh review is the complete lack of professional decorum by the person that I signed the contract with and gave a check to. I made a total of four request of this individual for a paid receipt which I needed to present to my bank for reimbursement from an expense account. To date this person has, despite promises otherwise, not delivered this receipt. Also galling about this business' way of conducting business, is the complete absence of a walk-through. I requested more than once for the crew chief to notify me of when they were finished with the job so I could do a walk-through. That did not materialize, werein I would have raised concerns about young children working on their crew, and the need for the cleanup which had been promised. Should I receive a call from any representative from this company explaining the frustrating waste of time of trying to get a paid receipt, instead be forced to obtain a notarized (third-party) to confirm the work done, I will post an amended comment.
