Their performance and value-add are not priorities to them -- their priority is very clearly running up the billable time clock. They do not provide strategic value. They are hyper-focused on SEO even though we told them multiple times we don't really care about SEO just yet. To this day, our weekly check-ins are basically just a bland overview of the changes in our SEO numbers from last week (Bueller...? Bueller...?) There's been zero discussion of a social media strategy. Our HubSpot implementation & training with them was haphazard at best. There are two people who show up for every single weekly status meeting and I could not tell you what they do. One seems to just take notes and the other *might* be our project or account manager, but I honestly can't tell. All-in-all, this was a lot of time and money *not* well spent. If we could go back, we would have chosen a different partner.
