The Code 3 Pressure Washing owner was angry, lazy and unprofessional. He does not bring supplies to cover plants. I offered plastic but he would only cover two small bushes of his choice.. Told me I had to go inside. I texted to ask him to please take the flag down. By the time he took it down, the chemical from the roof had corroded the pole and caused a stain on the flag and he bent it. I sent Scott before and after pictures and videos however all he did was lie, deny, and justify. We had an appointment for Wednesday the 24th. He called two hours late and said he it was too "windy". It was a perfect day. Thursday was exactly the same weather as the first day scheduled. He had said he would be there. Then when I text him, he says he scheduled me for Friday. So, he showed up two days later angry and full of attitude. I should have sent him packing however I had waited so long, I just wanted the job done. Out of 1,200 reviews that I have written, 97% are positive. I enjoy helping small businesses. You have to really do something wrong to earn one star from me. Use this company if you want the appointment changed three times. Use him if you want to be disrespected, use him if you want someone with no accountability for damage to your property. The company name is a misnomer. Although I was quoted for and agreed to pressure washing, without my knowing, my roof was sprayed down with an excessive amount of bleach. The company owner did not tell me he was going to do this, he didn't cover any of my shrubs or newly planted plants, he didn't rinse anything down, which resulted in him damaging and killing hundreds of dollars worth of landscaping. After he'd finished the work, he told me to come and take a look, all I could smell was bleach emanating from everywhere. He said it was normal and to turn on the sprinklers - this did nothing. My plants were ruined!! I was devastated!! After this happened, I noticed that neighbors got their roofs bleached by other companies, who put plastic over all of their shrubbery while they worked AND hosed down their plants after, which left their plants in tact. I reached out to the owner sending all the same pictures in this review. He never responded. No apology, no refund to pay for replacing the plants, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. read more

We got our roof cleaned this morning and it looks great! This is not pressure washing so it preserves the color of your tiles. Unfortunately I've already had actual pressure washing a few times so the color is not as true as it could be. This is what is referred to as a 'soft wash' which is eco friendly and targets algae, mold and mildew. Several benefits of this treatment are that it's supposed to last 2 years, it was really quiet inside the house (pressure washing is quite loud) and it took only about 40 minutes as opposed to a couple of hours to pressure wash. The price point was also very good compared to pressure washing. The owner Scott is good at communicating and he offers other services, such as regular pressure washing all surfaces, chemical cleaning of fencing, and paver sealing. read more

I definitely recommend Code 3 pressure washing for any roof cleaning. Scott was very professional and helpful. Originally, I didnt want to use him because they use bleach and I was uncomfortable because I have a 2 year old but Scott called and gave me recommendations even though he knew I wasnt going to use him. After speaking with my husband we decided to give him a shot since he was the cheapest option. He scheduled us in on the day best for us and finished within the hour. The smell of bleach was very minimal outside and there was no bleach smell inside our home. I barely noticed it outside and my roof looks amazing. Our grass has noticeable effects from the bleach but we were told by Scott that it was more than likely going to happen. It will grow back out and it's not very noticable.
