I'm on track to being in the best shape of my life. Initially, I expected that working with a personal trainer would help keep me disciplined and ensure I pushed myself during workouts. Cora has certainly done that--but she has also surprised me by adding value in ways I didn't anticipate. First, she really listens to my feedback and ensures that I don't get injured. In the past, when working out on my own, I occasionally hurt myself by doing exercises incorrectly. With Cora, I feel confident knowing she's watching closely and adjusting my form as needed. But what sets her apart even more is her ability to tailor my workouts thoughtfully over time. She's constantly updating and refining the exercises to ensure I don't overdevelop certain muscles or throw my body out of balance--something she refers to as "sculpting." Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. Cora is truly a master at her craft. Stephanie & Andrew Chapel are the owners and Stephanie teaches several classes a week. From the first day I attended and every time I walk in the door on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:15am I am warmly greeted...and since my initial visit have always felt welcomed and part of the "Vessel Community." With just 20 bikes in the Studio, the experience draws you into the workout no matter which bike you are on. Stephanie's classes are amazing...great music - always a diverse playlist with moves that coordinate with the beat and work every muscle in your body - it's always HIGHLY challenging as well as extremely fun! :-) Her encouraging words before, during and after the workout not only help you focus and motivate but also provide that extra little push to be the best you can be during class. I always leave feeling a strong feeling of accomplishment and of course tired...(LOL)...but I also leave feeling grateful and excited to know I get to come back for another class! Abbey Lam is also an amazing person and awesome Instructor. She has equally excellent classes! I have attended some of her 7am classes and they are filled with energy and the same feeling of "community" and are challenging as well! She will often take song requests the night before a class and somehow amazingly put together a playlist that has a formidable and diverse mix of fast moves and slow (heavy) pushes...and still keeps the workout within 45 minutes! Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. They have events for the holidays and socials as well. The workers are all really friendly and remember us every time we come by. The child care services are convenient for us to work out or hang out and get some work done. Our kid loves the staff,except for one person, but all the rest are amazing. The only thing, I wish they had a track or allowed us to run around the building while our kid is at the child care. Treadmills are tough for me. I tried the facial services too and the esthetician was great. She recommended some treatments and it was quite relaxing.

My trainer Ryan, is a calm, kind and encouraging coach, and the best I've ever had. For people like me, going to the gym can be daunting, discouraging or a little embarrassing. The environment here is completely the opposite. This isn't your backyard CrossFit, run out of a storage bin. It's a full on gym, in a beautiful location, with awesome amenities and even better staff. This is coming from a real, paying customer, and I was never asked for by Prevail to write this. But I want to see the reviews roll in, so I'm happy to be the first.

The equipment is clean, well maintained, and there is a strong variety without the constant frustration of not having enough of what you need. The classes are excellent, easily as good as you will find anywhere, and the overall culture on the gym floor is a real plus. People are there to work out, not just socialize. The locker rooms are also a standout, consistently clean and clearly maintained throughout the day, and the front desk team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming while still feeling genuine (even though they are coached im sure). What really sets this location apart is how well it works for families. The kids club is far better than basic childcare, with a wide range of activities like sports skills, art, Spanish, and wall climbing. The pool area is also great for the whole family, with attentive lifeguards, fun family spaces, a separate adults-only area to relax, and good food and drinks available during the summer. It feels like a place where both parents and kids can genuinely enjoy spending time. A few things keep it from being perfect. It would be reasonable to include Parents Night Out in the already high monthly family membership rather than charging extra per child, especially since other Life Time locations do. It is also disappointing that the exceptional basketball courts are gone. Pickleball is clearly in demand, but keeping at least part of the space for a half-court basketball setup would have been a better balance. The old basketball league was a great part of the club, and it is hard not to miss it. We used to belong to the ClubSport Rennissance and it had a lot to offer too - but LT works better for us due to the better pool and kids club, nicer equipment, and more premium feel.

I thought it was fantastic, both for lounging and swimming. With the weights, there was an extensive array of them, at least compared to other gyms. I didn't use the weights due to time constraints. We went to get a smoothie and I thought it was alright but unmemorable. Who even knows why? The smoothie may have been healthier (less sugar) than ones sold elsewhere. Employees behaved in a professional and courteous manner. As expected, I received a polite call and an email inquiring about whether I'd like to join. I was relieved that there was no pressure sell. The aggregate rating is a 3, but I find the gym attractive, so my rating is a 5.
