Since I just moved to the neighborhood and The Club is within walking distance I frequent the gym…read morehere often if not daily. It is a small gym and the equipment is older (especially the weights and the weight machines) yet besides basic leg machines you can find here everything you need. Since it is a small space it can get crowded very fast especially when teenagers decide to hang out (not work out). From time to time you will have a macho guy with an attitude show up but overall it is a friendly place. The lap pool is nice if you can visit during fall and winter. Once the kids are out- just forget it. I cannot even imagine what the summer will be like. With that goes the bathrooms- water everywhere. I hope they will have the maintenance people visit more often during the busy times. The hot tub is nice as long as you don't have kids making out in there- again- the school months are the most enjoyable. The tennis courts are nice but tend to fill up fast so unless you sign up you are out of luck. I have yet to try the racquetball but am planning on it. As for the staff some are real friendly and nice some grumpy and bitter. All depends who is on the shift. Overall not a bad place to keep in shape.
