Much better than buying trinkets she did not need. There were lots of families sitting around watching their kids too. But maybe not enough chairs for all as it was a busy holiday off from school. I was able to grab one though as my husband walked around the visitor areas to watch their charges. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities. She would still be willing to go again in the next few visits until she is truly a tween.

We loved our experience here and will definitely return. Tips: bring grip socks (if you have them); they're required for the little ones. Sign the waiver online before you arrive to save time. You can purchase your ticket online; the website shows how many tickets are sold at designated time frames. This helps you get a better idea of how crowded it may be!

We have had great experiences with almost all of the teachers, especially Miss Ashta. Miss Ashta was so helpful and professional when I initially signed up for the gym as the website was having some issues so I couldn't do it on my own. I was thrilled when she was the instructor for our first class and helped show me and my daughter the ropes of how My Gym works. She is wonderfully enthusiastic and active with the kiddos, as are all of the teachers we've had there so far. (Shoutout to Miss Lauren, too!) It's been such a wonderful experience that has helped my wild child learn how to channel her energy, learn new skills, and make friends! Edited to add: I love that they change the curriculum every week, too. It makes it so my child never gets bored but always has access to her favorite activities at the gym as well!

That being said, quite a few of the rides and games were clearly broken down and hadn't been touched in years. It's kind of sad that no one is putting any love into this place, and hasn't in a long time. But, it's clearly very popular! We paid $5 to walk around, which is absolutely worth it for the nostalgia. You have the option to pay for unlimited rides or you can buy individual tickets for the rides you want. Since most of the rides would have made me vomit at this age, I was happy to pay $2.50 for a train ride around the lake. Jerry, the guy running the train, was fantastic! He really seems to love his job and his enthusiasm is contagious. I did think it was odd that on the list of rules as you line up to pay, it says no photos are allowed. BIZARRE. I guess they don't want any photos getting out of a ride that's about to break down? Clearly people were ignoring it, as who doesn't want photos of your kids having a blast on the rides! When the time did come to book her party, she decided she still really wanted to have her party here. I reached out via the form on the website and heard back super quickly with details on pricing and options, and just as quickly when I asked for availability for the specific day. We booked the party and made our deposit and leading up to the party had a lot of updates to throw at them including number of people, time in the party area, and add ons like ordering pizza. Each time their responses were prompt and incredibly helpful. On the day of the party Jared greeted me and gave me the full run down, and made sure all my questions were answered. We got set up and right at our party time they brought the kids on the floor for both guided activities and free play. They really made my daughter feel special by letting her lead the activities and even gave her a few special things to do, which she absolutely loved! All the kids in the party had an amazing time with coach Jared and coach Logan and we felt they were safe and taken care of the entire time. At the end of the party, every single parent came up to tell us how much they and their kid loved the party. Jared let us know we could leave anything we didn't want to take (extra food, decorations, etc) and they would clean it up. That was a huge bonus and made our life so much easier! Jared, Logan, and the party planning team made my daughter's birthday part so amazingly smooth and fun - I would not be surprised if she wants to come back next year and I would gladly do it all again!

We went here with our company for a company team builder of about 60 people. I had ordered a ton of…read morefood for the event. When I got there, there was three young dudes hanging out at the front desk, I took about 6 trips to get all of the food in and not one of them offered to help. They were all kinda awkward and seemed inconvenienced when we needed something. There was one point where people were standing and they didn't bother to take initiative to arrange the bench tables in a way that would allow everyone a seat. I didn't mind doing it, but you can tell they aren't expected to provide customer service. Archery was cool.
