We've always felt that our children are safe, well cared for, and encouraged to learn and grow every day. One feature we especially appreciate is the SproutAbout app. It's a great way to stay connected throughout the day by viewing classroom updates and photos of our child. The app also provides the daily schedule, breakfast and lunch menus, and other important updates, making it easy to know what's happening even while we're at work. Having access to the classroom cameras also gives us added peace of mind. The leadership team has always been responsive whenever we've had questions. We highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring, trustworthy, and welcoming place for their child.

The place was clean and beautifully decorated - I asked and confirmed that it was done by an interior designer - no wonder! The teachers and the staff are truly amazing and supportive! Their spotlight on kindergarten to prepare my daughter for kindergarten next year is extremely helpful and takes the load off of us to prepare her! I feel like their tuitition is very fairly priced. They have the best celebrations for birthdays and other holidays. Their recent trick or treat was a super hit party and was enjoyed by parents and kids! The food is also included as part of the tuition unlike other competitiors that charge extra - I look at the menu daily and it is diverse and healthy!! Thanks for the great experience, Everbrook!

From the time you step in the (secure) door, until the time you come to retrieve your child, you can trust that they are in great hands. KRK offers live video feed for you to check-in at any time during normal operating hours, as a perk. The teachers/staff here are highly rated. The amount of care, enrichment, and level of details offered can't be beat!! I have witnessed the amount of attention paid to kids from the infant room and above. To see them have a conversation with an infant using sign language was a true highlight. One of the things I love most is that they have several ways to be a part of their growing family, even if you are not currently a daily visitor. They offer after-school and summer camps, before school care, and monthly parents-night-out (PNO) activities. The PNO's are amazing! KRK is like the coolest party in town on these nights. The kids are welcomed and loaded with tons of fun and learning activities. From movies to bounce houses, the kids LOVE it all. Dinner is included with the PNO fee and they typically offer about five (5) hours of care. If that isn't enough, Kids R Kids have the cutest little boo-boo room should your little one fall ill, etc. It's a temporary spot that's set up to care for a sick child. Private bed, initial medical equip (bandages, etc.), and trained staff. This is still a child-care facility, so if you think 'things' will not happen, you are wrong. Kids are kids. They push, they bite, they bicker, they scream, and they kick. The difference is having staff and leadership who will act promptly and appropriately when these things happen. I can attest to being able to address issues to staff and teachers directly. One must be understanding that although their ratios of students:teachers suffice, eyes can not be everywhere at every minute. If you see something, say something. KRK staff offers a REAL open door policy. Talk to them at any time...even if you are just a 'visiting' family. If you are looking for child-care, camps, before/after school care, date night supervision, or private kindergarten, KRK is what you want! Take some time to pay them a visit or call for more information. The staff would love to help answer any questions.

Leadership seems to be trying to scam parents to recover losses due to their business risk of staying open during COVID-19 after LCPS had closed. Ultimately the facility was closed for two weeks in March 2020 due to an exposure to COVID-19. I have been in contact with the executive director, Debbie Davis on trying to receive a refund for an overpayment I made back in April. I received two different reasons as why a refund would not be issued; both of which did not make any sense. Reason #1: "We are not able to issue refunds for April as our company has suffered a great loss in enrollment. We can howerver, offer you a credit should you choose to use it. The credit is good for an entire year. " Reason #2: "Item 5 says NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN." I asked for further clarification on this statement and Debbie has stopped all communication. Item 5 clearly states the scenarios on when refunds will not be issued. However, she somehow twisted the clause into no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

There was a lot of waiting-in-line-for-your-turn (didn't experience this at G-Force, Stingrays) and it often felt like the instructor was more interested in chatting with the students and getting them to laugh at his jokes vs teaching them skills. Some staff - high school students - were clearly not ready to be instructors. Jess is fantastic and my child learned a lot from her, but one teacher cannot an entire tumbling program make and we couldn't always get into her classes. We ended up moving to a program with a greater number of strong instructors who focused on clean form and consistent progression. There are better options in Ashburn.

The staff is always nice and caring. I see people have issues with refunds, but that's a reflection on them not reading the terms before paying, not the Fitwize staff. Always read the fine print when you sign up for things. Deposits are deposits for a reason and those usually cannot be refunded.

When I voted here, in the Senior Center, it was great to meet and greet with volunteers from the Senior Center who told us more about the activities they do on that side. Within it, there are classes for kids and adults on activities at the rec center and surrounding. I signed up for a few things for our family members and other than one event, they all were exceptional! I recently came for a Play All Day event. There was demonstrations in the lap pool, scavenger hunt in the leisure pool for kids, Bounce houses outside, dancing class for seniors, live band and food trucks, etc. It was amazing to see the facilities and use the rock wall for free. The daily passes to the rec center are so reasonable too with $6 for adults and $4 for kids. They even have family passes if people from the same house hold are coming together. As I continue to discover more and more about the recreation center, and meet all the wonderful people that work here; I continue to get more and more amazed at this place and their offerings.
