Thank goodness we are Richland Country Club members who only have to be here for one month. They are also extremely inconsistent on their absurd rules. My 4 year old is just now getting comfortable jumping off the diving board but likes someone to be floating close by in the deep end to help her swim back to the side after jumping - well the blew on the whistle so aggressively AFTER she jumped in although I had been waiting for her to jump for about 3 minutes that she cried. What else did they think I was doing talking to her with words of encouragement down below ?! They have a beach entry toddler pool that I've never once seen anyone else in where I like to put a pool chair as my child plays. I've done this for about 5 days now and someone just came up to me and said they don't allow furniture in the pool... umm does a crummy plastic pool chair count as "furniture" ? Also, a few days ago it started thundering so they "shut the pool down" for 30 minutes. Well I left our pool bag out on a table not thinking it was completely necessary to pack all the way up and just used it as a break for a snack. Well after the first 30 minutes were up and there was still some distant thunder I decided we should just pack up and go home. So I walked back to the pool to grab our stuff and was again aggressively whistled at. It was embarrassing and angered me. For those of us that are new maybe you should explain that you need to pack up everything you had out by the pool when the guards here some mysterious thinner even though the sky is blue Only giving 2 stars because they have decent food for a less than decent PRIVATE swimming pool

On the 2nd day, her fears disappeared and she looked forward to each day. Although it was a 5 day camp, she learned so much. Strict measurements are in place for safety. The horses are well kept. When the time came to plan her birthday party, she was super excited to have it at Let It Shine. All the kids had a blast, and Coach Ben was so engaging & energetic... he had the kids laughing and kept them entertained while they were on the floor. (a true hero IMO!) Coach Cheryl worked her tail off to get the party room set up, and kept the party on track so we didn't go over two hours. It would have been so much more stressful without her hard work! Two of the other kids told their parents they wanted to have their party's there too, and I take that to mean they really loved the experience. Money well spent, & I definitely recommend!

However, I went on a day that coincided with a plant sale and it was absolutely wonderful to take a beautiful hike and then shop at the plant sale after. Every time I come, the staff are very nice and Talkative. They're willing to answer any questions and talk about the owls that have been rehabilitated. The trails are a bit wild and can be a little bit difficult to navigate however, it's wonderful and also feels a little bit more of a wild landscape than other places that you can go hiking. Highly recommend and Make sure you check in at the visitor area so that you can view the map and they can check you in upon arrival.

He feels at home and comfortable, his confidence is growing daily. From lessons with Kirk, mentoring from Brandon, Cole, Ryan, the amazing family that run the store. Friendly and welcoming but also really top musicians, true experts from playing in bands to engineers to editing, these guys are the real deal. Not only do the kids put on a great show, they are taught to set up, take down, it's the whole package. Honestly stop your search here and give them a try! I'm a little torn on the rating, it's somewhere around 3.5 in my mind. OK, first a little bit about…read moremy kiddos - we've been to more kid places in more states than you can shake a stick at. OK, probably not, but I've seen some of the best, and then there's the rest. Glow Galaxy isn't in the best. It's not the worst. It's a place that doesn't appear to have changed a thing in the past 4 years. You've got a mini golf area in the middle that two out of 40 kids will even go into, and you've got some inflatables and standard fair blowups that the kids can play on. There are also I think three party rooms and a bunch of seats for the adults. It's interesting once for the kids, second time we were at a birthday I got asked near the end how much longer we had, third and fourth times I was there both ended up with the kids making up games that only involved the space. Not the fault of Glow Galaxy really, but when it's done with the kids it's done. When my oldest was 4 she went through one of the inflatables several times and then managed to get stuck in it. I was about 13 feet away sitting and, well, noise in that place of a 4yo screaming that she was stuck vs sugared-up birthday party was not perceptible. Due to the black lighting I'd also misidentified another child as her, so yeah, track your small ones closely. No harm as a note. Just mentioning to beware. Party rooms have always been too small and cramped when I've been there. That or maybe too many people are showing up for the space. Seems like they could combine a couple of the rooms and expand the one on the right and that would handle it as I never see three parties running, but maybe that's observer bias. I'd kind of like to see that Glow Golf gone, a few other activities put in there. The place has the space and potential, it's just not breakout great.
