The activities are age appropriate and geared towards development; and fun for the kids! The facility is clean and well kept-I have never smelled anything other than food (which my son loves) or cleaning products. There are opportunities for extracurricular activities and programming for parents (which I intended to take advantage of but my schedule just didn't allow). Parental well being is encouraged by parent's night out where the staff graciously extend their day and allow us to be able to have kid free time to use as we please. Each day we are greeted by staff, and I have not had one negative encounter. Everyone is always positive and kind to myself and my son. I have seen him progress and grow in our short time here, and for that I am thankful. Security and safety are a priority, with codes and diligent staff who monitor incoming and outgoing persons. I love that I am able to check in on my son via the camera system, and also receive updates regularly during the day via the app from teachers. I can truly say that this is one of the best day care experiences I have had. Being a first time parent comes with a lot of uncertainty and all of the staff at this location have made me feel secure and go about my work days with ease knowing that my toddler is in good hands. I'm amazed at how much she loves to learn and love to show me what she learned in school for the day. She loved her teacher Ms. Tanya and Ms. Lou. All of the staff are always smiling, and I've never had any issues whatsoever. The director, Ms. Petra, is transparent and understanding. I felt comfortable bringing my daughter there daily and I love that I could watch her, through video, whenever I wanted to. They also updated me with every activity that she did and also sent pictures or videos throughout the day of her. My daughter never dreaded going to school, or cried when we pulled up to the parking lot. At times, she was extremely excited and cared about her classmates and teachers. I highly recommend this daycare. The only possible issue I can think of is the price increase yearly. I do understand the demands of this business but that was the only slight issue.

He has attended other summer camps in prior years but enjoyed St Luke's by far. Summer camp is a lot of fun, the pool is open, they have field trips every Friday and more. He enjoyed summer camp so much, that last year we decided to do after school there as well. They offer other activities as well, so he is taking Taekwondo and a science/stem class this semester (took tennis previously as well). He does his homework there as well. It can get a little pricey, but it's worth EVERY penny. I am signing up this summer for sure, as I see there are new camps and we will certainly be making at least three camps this year. The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was very concerning. When parents leave their children in someone else's care, they deserve transparency, respect, and reassurance. Instead, they are dismissed and left with more concerns than confidence. I would not recommend this daycare to families who value clear communication, consistency, and a staff that takes parent concerns seriously. Especially if I'm contacting you about making sure a kid is picked up on time and you get mad or have an attitude instead of being professional.
