He was very respectful, thorough and provided excellent service. He explained the issues and how he was going to do to resolve them. I needed two GFCI outlets put in, two outlets needed reserve of polarity corrected. He corrected the live/active exposed wires in the attic and under the kitchen sink and put them in their respectable junction box. I could not be more satisfied with this company. When I bought my house I added in various high hats through out the house. The only problem is the bulbs I got were WAY too bright. I bought all the dimmers I wanted and using the Request A Quote option on Yelp reached out to Electricians On Call. I had an appointment set up in no time and the next day Jean arrived at my house. Jean was amazing. Super personable, apologized he was a few minutes late (but still within the window of time they gave me) because he had what seemed like a small job become a huge job right before me and explained everything he was doing for me as he installed three dimmers (and replaced a loose fuse. Based on a recommendation from a friend we called John and he and a helper came over that afternoon just before the Thanksgiving long weekend which was nice. He checked the panel, outlets etc and rewired an outside outlet that was wired backwards. Then he diagnosed the source of the issue to be a junction on one of the outlets needed to be repaired but it would take a few hours so he suggested we call the office to reschedule at a later date. We called and rescheduled but the day of the 2nd service appointment the office called to say they were behind on another job and we'd have to reschedule yet again. So I just called to reschedule a 3rd time and they say they won't be able to come out for a week. It's great that they came out once to take a look before a holiday and they are busy getting a lot of work, but I think that they have more than they can handle. After three times of trying to get the problem fixed I'll call someone else. Don't waste your time until they hire more staff. Plenty of others companies are ready to do the work.
