We were all stoked to go here with the strong reviews. And we're disappointed with the experience. We arrived early for a 8:15 room and they were running behind from the prior team. All good. Our clue master - Brooklyn - seemed a bit out of it from when they reviewed the rules before starting the room, to being unavailable when we asked for clues while in the room. Y'all, we had one person standing there to flag them down for help. The other thing that didn't sit well was the solicitation for a 5 star review. I mean if you gotta ask for one, are you providing it?! Next time I go I'll select different company to see what else is out there.

Now this was our first time and we didn't know what to expect so it was amazing fun. First thing to know is the neighborhood where the building is located is a little scary. The parking lot is huge. The building is tan/white and looks like they just painted it and the only one in the parking lot. The building itself needs major upgrades. The carpet smells like old cigars right when you walk in hallway. This has no reflection on the office you go into. Remember, enter from the back door and not the front door off Platte. You'll see a sign that tells you to head up to the second floor. I mention this because you don't want to get lost around here. The experience was so much fun and it was kid friendly and they loved helping. The staff was very friendly and even took a picture of us at the end. I would recommend trying The Lost Kingdom. This was the second escape room that I've done (the first one was in denver) and I have to admit that it's a little on the lower budget end in regards to the technology that is involved - but the staff is really nice and will nudge you along when you get stuck! This one is a little involved, I feel like it'd be best to have at least 4 people to get all the clues. It's a little hard to find - there's a big parking lot in the back. The escape room is in the big blue building, the entrance is on platte ave. look for the inconspicuous door and there will be a sign at the bottom of the stairs directing you up to the room. We weren't able to take pictures in the actual escape rooms for obvious reasons. So I don't have a ton of pictures, but I have a ton of enthusiasm for this business to share lol! Their dedication to the theme for each room was phenomenal. Everyone that worked there was so darn sweet and super chill to chat with as well.
