After my usual Granola bar breakfast, I noticed a store by the name of COUTUREDossier right on the top of the Granola bar. So I decided to take a walk in as the sign out front, which read, "Sustainable Clothing," pulled me in. As I opened the door, I was instantly greeted by Yulia, the person who created the business of sustainable designer retail, resale and refashion. At COUTUREDossier, what really made this shop unique and original was that Yulia had her own clothing line with label, "CODO," on it. After speaking with Yulia, I was also greeted by Tori. Tori was extremely kind and knew exactly how to help me find what I was looking for based on my style. I had a fantastic experience, with wonderful customer service, and found many pieces that were extremely beautiful and spoke to me. This place is AMAZING. I never thought I could afford designer brand name fashion until I came here. I bought a gently used LV speedy for thousands less than I could in the LV store. They have everything: Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Prada and items that came off the runway! They also have their own clothing line called CODO, designed by the owner, Yulia, who is a true fashionista. She told me her clothing line is meant to compliment a woman's luxury fashion accessories...so I bought one of her dresses to go with my new LV speedy! It's one of my favorite looks. I've been a greenwich resident for a very long time but I have never seen a store like this. I was walking down the avenue and saw the red ropes and decided to go in. When I went in it was everything that I had been looking for. One of my favorite designers is Gucci and I have never seen such a selection of Gucci both new and vintage. I immediately picked one out as a gift for myself, a Gucci GG Supreme hobo bag with soft gold hardware and ivory leather finish. This place is definitely a must go-to! And the staff! I am overjoyed that I stumbled upon this wonderful site. Not only do you get authentic items, you are contributing to making the planet a more sustainable place for generations to come. I have always had a love for Louis Vuitton, my husband can attest to this, but buying the pieces I want this way doesn't hurt the bank balance that bad. The bag I purchased cannot be in any better condition even if I had bought it from the Louis Vuitton boutique. The bag was shipped professionally and quickly, I had it within a week. This is a pre-loved/consignment retailer that I just discovered and I'm so glad I did! I bought a vintage Lady Dior and the pricing was really good and the quality also very good. Bag arrived quickly (even during the pandemic) and in condition just as described. The packaging was good as well, nothing fancy, but they included lots of air paper so the bag did not move around much in the box.
