And when he comes home from day camp he's had a fun day & is tuckered out. I've been able to tour the facilities & they do a good job keeping things clean and caring for the animals. They have regular kennels and suites - we usually splurge for the suites since that includes medications & extra play time. By the time we would pay for a regular kennel and add on the extras this is the better price for us. And the theme rooms are really cute. They also do grooming. I appreciate that they will bathe him &/or trim nails. I get nervous trimming his nails, then he gets nervous & it isn't good. For a few extra dollars it is worth having it done when he is at camp. Everyone is happier that way. I would never take my dog anywhere else. I trust them completely with his care.

Whatever they claim their 'fear free' approach is, it's the worst of all worlds. In theory it sounds great but it's been incredibly frustrating. Like other reviewers have mentioned, they take forever trying to coax your dog to eat treats and stand still. Be prepared to be in the room for at least half an hour with your pet. I've definitely been there for over an hour before for my dog to get a single shot. That would be fine if it was actually 'fear free', but it doesn't even work! They don't handle animals well. My dogs just get more and more anxious the longer it goes on. After all that time it usually ends with them physically pinning my dogs into a corner to give the shots. On top of that, some of the vets and techs are just blatantly rude. I've had several poor interactions with workers at Eno. Again - read the other negative reviews, but I also found some of them to be clearly unprofessional. I'd definitely avoid Eno if you're looking for a vet.

Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals! Colby the owner explained it best to me when he said "It's not about punishment, it's about attention and boundaries. Dogs want to please their owners, so once you have their attention their instinct takes over and training becomes easier. The strides and response to this training are remarkable. So pleased with the results so far. I am happy and more importantly my dog is happy. We have only had 3 private whole day training sessions, and tonight we will attend our first group training. Looking forward to this as it can only help build on the foundation established in the private 3 lessons. The training is not inexpensive, however it cheaper than replacing carpet not to mention several pairs of shoes, baseboards ETC.
