My husband specifically gave him a bath and took him for a checkup before we left to go out of town. There is no way we wouldn't have seen this and especially coughing up blood! He seemed so scared when we picked him up it looked as though they choked him during the time they gave him a "bath" I guess. I do know that we took him home and tried to doctor on him because unfortunately we just came off vacation and paid them a ton of money for no one to admit to anything. P.s. the knot is STILL there but has shrunk a lil, he hasn't coughed up blood since oh and his bark was very hoarse sounding after a week it got better.

Upon drop off I was informed that the staff will be doing an assessment of Mossey mannerisms, and her behavior and place her according. I was completely okay with this because Moosey is a very well behaved, loves other dogs, kids, people kind of pup. They gave me access to the live camera footage so that I could check in on her if I'd like. At around 9ish I decided to log into the camera feed, and I saw that Moosey was in with the bigger group of dogs which I was fine with because she normally plays with bigger dogs with no issue. Moosey was running and playing and trying to figure out what all was going on, new smells, new noises, new environment. A few minutes later I checked back on the camera and to my surprise I noticed a brown and white, much bigger dog mounting Moosey (she is a spayed girl). This other dog had about 100 pounds over Moosey. To my surprise, no staff was near to redirect and correct the other dog from mounting. Moosey was not happy, she was scared. Her tail was tucked and she was very uncomfortable. This happened at least 4 more times with no staff correction. I called my wife and told her what was going on and as she was watching the camera feed at that time and she noticed three large black labs circling Moosey each one of them eventually mounting her. I told my wife I was going to pick Moosey up at that point. Upon me getting ready my wife sent me a picture where a staff member is sitting in a chair outside with 40+ dogs and watching my pup who is 7 months old get chased down, circled and mounted again by the lab dogs. Once again, no redirection, no separating the labs and brown/white dog from her, NOTHING! She sat in the chair and watched my little girl get terrorized! I was furious! Upon walking in to pick Moosey up I asked to speak to a manager/owner, and a lady finally pops out beside the office behind the desk. I told her what I had witnessed and how unpleased I was with the staff. I expressed to her that circling and not correcting mounting was how fights started. She then said, "we haven't had a fight in 30 years." I told her that no ma'am that's exactly how fights start, especially when circled by THREE dogs! Then she explained that "they were training new staff members." Um, excuse me?! That makes your case worse. Because if you are training new staff members to WATCH DOGS, why do you not have a senior staff member out there with them?! Your staff member on several occasions watched my dog get harassed, bullied and mounted. But in her "report card" your staff member wrote and I quote, "She could use a bit of work on recall and learning to regulate the intensity of her play." My question is this, if a pup's play is supposedly "intense" how is she getting mounted over 9 times, in just the times I was actually watching the camera? The false narrative that you wrote in the report card doesn't align with what happened and was allowed to happen yesterday to my sweet girl with no redirection from your staff, no separation of other dogs from my dog from your staff. The only thing I did witness from your staff was them eating Cheez Its in "Inside area 2" with dogs present (which could cause a food aggression fight between dogs), I witnessed them push the dogs away from around them while they stared at their phones, I watched them sit in chairs and do their hair and text. What I and my wife witnessed yesterday on live streams and what our sweet Moosey had happen is totally unacceptable! No apology, no accountability whatsoever. Just excuses and defection. I was even told, "Well you should've called and told us she was getting mounted, then we would have fixed it." So, I have to pay you to allow my dog to be in daycare, but I also have to be your supervisor and watch a live feed all day long to make sure my pup is okay--but still pay you?? So, if you are in the market for a daycare and truly love your pup-I beg you to find someplace else. This is not the place, unless you are okay with this behavior. Safety isn't a luxury; it's the bare minimum that should be required!!

Absolutely Do Not Recommend - Lack of Communication and Poor Judgment…read more I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Go Dog off Miami Blvd leaves me no choice. In early spring, my 9-month-old puppy contracted Bordetella and a respiratory infection during his very first week of doggie day camp at Go Dog. While I chalked that up to bad luck and appreciated that illnesses can circulate in group dog settings, I was hopeful things would improve. He recovered fully, and we returned--until July, when things took a serious turn for the worse. I boarded my dog for 7 nights while I was out of the country. Despite the fact that he had fully recovered six weeks prior and I had gone out of my way to provide a formal clearance note from my vet, management decided--without my knowledge or consent--to isolate him from the other dogs. They made this decision unilaterally, completely dismissing my communication and the official veterinary documentation I provided. Not only did this show an alarming lack of communication and transparency, but it was also an incredibly poor judgment call that affected my dog's experience and well-being during his stay. There was zero accountability, no meaningful discussion, and no respect for the time I took to address their concerns proactively. Go Dog made a terrible decision, and I no longer trust them with my pet's care. I will never bring him back, and I urge other dog owners to think twice before entrusting their pets to this facility.

They were there for us as new dog owners and they were there when we left for vacation with an old dog that needed lots of medicine and care. They pulled her in the office when she started acting funny. They called us to find out if she had trouble taking her medicine sometimes and then were sitting with her when she passed. Wished we were there with her at the end but I know she was in loving hands. These are good people and where you should comfortably board your dog.
