Whatever they claim their 'fear free' approach is, it's the worst of all worlds. In theory it sounds great but it's been incredibly frustrating. Like other reviewers have mentioned, they take forever trying to coax your dog to eat treats and stand still. Be prepared to be in the room for at least half an hour with your pet. I've definitely been there for over an hour before for my dog to get a single shot. That would be fine if it was actually 'fear free', but it doesn't even work! They don't handle animals well. My dogs just get more and more anxious the longer it goes on. After all that time it usually ends with them physically pinning my dogs into a corner to give the shots. On top of that, some of the vets and techs are just blatantly rude. I've had several poor interactions with workers at Eno. Again - read the other negative reviews, but I also found some of them to be clearly unprofessional. I'd definitely avoid Eno if you're looking for a vet.

They video taped the cats hanging out and getting lots of attention and sent it to me while we were gone. I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals! These inconsistencies created confusion and concern regarding the accuracy of incident reporting, staff supervision, and the overall handling of my pet. Communications frequently came across as defensive and dismissive of my concerns rather than providing clear, professional, and collaborative updates. I am concerned my dog was unfairly labeled as aggressive while staff simultaneously acknowledged he was placed in overstimulating and crowded environments without access to calmer accommodations.
