Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. The two of them are a WINNING TEAM and were always willing to listen to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition! They truly aim to please and care about their clients. Flores Construction based upon their Yelp reviews and the thorough and timely estimate that Rudolfo provided after visiting our condo. This is a family operated business. Rudolfo started it and now his son, Jonathan, works together with him on their projects. His daughter, Vanessa, handles the business side preparing contracts and staying in touch with their customers. They all worked together to make sure every part of the project ran smoothly. For our condo, Rudolfo and Jonathan, along with two employees installed bathroom tile floors, a full tile shower, a new vanity, lights, faucets, etc. They also did a full repaint of the condo interior and refinishing of the kitchen cabinets. Everything was done to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond what was expected from them even volunteering to help me move furniture out to my truck as we were emptying out the condo. One of the very big pluses in working with them is that Rudolfo and Jonathan are usually both on-site working together. I like this because there is always someone there with whom I can talk and get decisions made quickly. They always made time to answer all my questions. Another big plus is that Rudolfo works very closely with his customers to make sure that they select the hardware and supplies that are best for them. Rudolfo accompanied us to Home Depot to help us select items for the bathroom and kitchen and then went with us to a tile store to help us select bathroom tile. What was going on and what was happening if I had any concerns, he addressed them immediately and make sure that they met my expectations. I would use Wise Builders again and I would request Marc to be my project manager again on any future jobs that I had. He worked really well with our designer Jocelyn, I appreciated having a designer. Having a designer to bounce ideas off have her expertise on fixtures and toilets was amazing. Jocelyn did an excellent job working with me and when my daughter had some changes to this design, she was very receptive to those changes and helped me update the changes in our design The only thing that could have been better is, if the tile supplier had communicated with Marc that the tile for the guest shower floor was backlogged. Marc worked really hard to expedite the tile and was in communication with me along that process. In order to give us options besides waiting for the tile, Jocelyn, our designer gave us an alternative tile. Looking at the tile floor now I like it better than what I had originally chosen. I have done other remodeling projects and I would have to say that working with Marc has probably been one of the easiest remodeling projects that I have done. I appreciated that I did not have to be so hands-on in the project because I trusted that Marc would get it done.

He created a WhatsApp chat with me and the incredible designer Jocelyn. They were both consistently responsive to any of my questions or concerns -- and opened my mind to design options. Jocelyn spent time in our home, drafted plans, took me shopping, and sourced all the fixtures. From her spreadsheet I was able to find less expensive options for some items. I appreciated the input and control I had on these expenses. Since we needed to move out, I had a tight timeline for the project -- mid October until Thanksgiving. Marc and the team did their best despite City of San Jose delays with inspections. We were able to move back in before the final inspection. Every member of the team was kind and courteous. Marc also did a great job working with the window vendor that specializes in older homes. I'm rating the experience a 4.5 out of 5 for two reasons. I was disappointed that the medicine cabinet, switch plates, and hooks were initially installed unevenly (it was corrected). I expected more attention to detail. And I was disappointed in the wear & tear that happened on my wood floors as well as the overall dust in my dining room. I was warned that things would get dusty -- but didn't understand the extent and would have packed away more things. WISE offers lots of support with design -- they could also offer as part of their package a full cleaning! I offer this feedback to help others calibrate their expectations. Overall it was a positive experience. I waited several months to post this review until I returned from travel and could see how things were settling after regular use.
