It's hard to believe that this BEAUTIFUL kitchen belongs to us! Since we had burned by contractors for other jobs in the past, I did my due diligence. Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. How do I adequately express my joy over finding Craft (on Yelp, actually!) to build our dream home? It's everything I wanted. The owners really CARE. They have integrity. The crew is neat and demonstrate pride in doing things right. Craft is a special company. We spent 14 months working very closely with them, we lived right next door in our neighbors rental- we had a very close eye on the entire process- so we truly saw everything from demo to the very last of the finish work. We also didn't feel like we had to watch so closely because we quickly realized that everyone in that company wanted things to be right, safe and make us happy. If we were not sure about something, Chris & Jennifer would take the time to patiently explain or explore things in great length to be sure it was going to be what we wanted. You'll never meet a harder working, TIDY (I have to mention it again because that's a rare trait), KIND and professional crew. The owners are super honest and GOOD people. I have worked with Craft Builders 3 times over the past several years. One roof replacement, solar and house battery installations. Chris and Jennifer were super friendly and flexible and managed the installations around my timeline requirements (year end tax deadline). The solar/battery problems were loaded with challenges given some of the prior work done by a different electrician were not to code, but Chris managed to find the right solutions, addressed the problems, got everything passing inspection once repaired, and got my system operating with the SW and the app. My next project with them is our bathroom remodel. read more

They are also about the friendliest people you'd hope to meet. Their crew is wonderful, thoughtful, and very easy to work with. Building a dream kitchen is no small task, and they walked us through every step of the way, patiently answering every question we had. They accommodated everything we asked of them, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect - which it was. This is a long overdue review. We used Craft Builders to remove an old tile roof and install new heavy composition shingles last year. Chris and Jennifer are amazing to work with and you can tell they really care about their clients. They are honest and pricing is very competitive. We worked with Craft for some roof repairs. Patrick came out quickly, gave us an estimate, and did a great job on the repairs. He presented us with all of the options and we were able to pick what we wanted to do and what we didn't want. He provided excellent advice as to the pros and cons of each of the options, and for a portion of it he was transparent that one of the options might not be needed for several more years rather than simply trying to inflate the job. Dave Pare, Chris Beck, and Patrick Gomez as a team are in the middle of our remodel and they are incredible. They communicate with us easily...we are on schedule and on budget. We are doing a gut job and we keep adding things to the list and they just keep making it happen. We got 5 bids but it came down to their great personalities and competitive pricing. 5 stars! If you are looking for a competent, licensed and highly skilled roofer, give Patrick a call. He did the roof on my house about 12 years ago and I haven't had one problem with it. It still looks like new. I recently had another smaller job to re-roof a patio and he did another outstanding job. The guys working for him are also excellent and even when Patrick was gone getting parts, the guys were professional and did excellent work. Craft Builders recently completed a remodel project for us and we couldn't have picked a better company to do the job. Chris worked with us to set up a 2 phase plan that allowed us to stay in our home throughout the duration of the project. Even though I'm certain their job would have been so much easier had we not been in the house, neither Chris, his crew, nor any of his sub-contractors ever made us feel that we were in their way, something we appreciated very much! My wife and I bought a house over a year ago that was built in 1967. It appeared to be well taken care of, however it is clear that the original owner cut corners on several things and relied a little too much on their ''handyman neighbor'' to help them with some of the ''upgrades'' they made to the home. Some of these things I was simply able to take care of with the help of my friends who work in various trades (electrician and plumber), however there were several issues that came to light with all the rain we had this winter that was too much for me to handle. I had a difficult time trying to coordinate getting everything fixed (water leaking through roof, water leaking between the fascia and the gutter, water getting through stucco due to the moisture barrier being compromised, window and sliding door leaks, poorly built skylight tunnel), and I also had a hard time getting anyone to even call me back. Fortunately for me 1 of the people who did call me back was Chris Beck. Chris came out, looked at all the issues I was having, and designed a plan with his partner Pat Gomez to fix all the problems for me. The project is almost complete, and I cannot say enough about how happy my wife and I are with the work they are doing on our home. I love to control everything, and I am sure they thought it was annoying that I would sit and watch the work they were doing and ask a lot of questions, but they always explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and most importantly it was clear they were doing high quality work that will last long after I am gone from this earth, and they were honest about everything. I will definitely use them again for future home repairs, and if you are looking to have work done on your home you should definitely give them a call. read more
