I immediately told him to drop his attitude as they were five cars went ahead in the left lane because the payment machine was not working. He did later apologized and said they were having trouble with the machine. No manager around!! Both payment machines have been broken off and on and last week they were out of soap! I asked them to be sure and spray the front for bugs and they didn't do it, and I took it around again and the same man who I asked to power wash the bugs in the front, the car and went back inside. And then half of the vacuum devices were not functioning, and I had to drag one all the way through the car to do the other side. I paid for a $30 car wash. Now I have bugs underneath the expensive wax very unsatisfied and when I asked them about it, they just looked at me with blank faces. I told him they have lost a customer.
