We had to call back multiple times to request a urine test for a possible UTI which we had requested in person at the appointment. I was told that I would be called later that day when Dr Francoski got out of surgery however that phone call never happened and none of my follow ups were returned for over two weeks until I continuously called multiple times a day for three days and finally caught Betty first thing in the morning only to get screamed over, told a bunch of incorrect information Which if she was in contact with her team she would know she was completely in the wrong, And when I tried to explain to her of reality of the situation she hung up on me. I have wasted three months trying to get in the door of this place only to be disrespected and hung up on by the most ignorant lady I've ever spoken to in my life I mean she makes a Karen look like a sweet lady... I am in the process of switching to a different doctor because I no longer wish to step foot in that office and I don't think I could get anything straightened out even if I wanted to. Still owes me $180 which they request upfront "just in case" insurance doesn't cover (which it did, and -insurance- sent the doc a few letters with proof, requesting reimbursement (never issued). His wife in charge of finances seems to be mentally ill. Unnecessary rude and raising her voice, refusing to provide proof of anything which threatens this ongoing scam. This practice should be REVOKED, FINED AND SHUT DOWN.
