One of the few places with easy access for a large motorhome, drive through lot and prices are the best I've found on the I-5 corridor.

Lexington at the Park offers 2-3 bedroom 1-2 1/2 bathrooms in a town home/duplex type set up…read more When I first moved in here we had very friendly landlords who knew how to do their jobs, sometimes you'd have to wait a while to get the maintenance work done however. They were very willing and understanding and great people to do business with. Having said that the "new" on site manager here, that began working summer 2013 and still has yet to learn to do much of anything. Every time I go in she tells me she doesn't know how to do something because she's "new" it's been over half a year now. Or she will tell me she needs to ask someone (her boss) and will get back to me later that day, and NEVER calls me back, then the next time I go in she'll try to tell me she was "just going to call" right, lying isn't really covering your ass in any way. Her husband is the maintenance person, and since he works another job, he comes at odd times and NEVER finishes the job, he'll merely start the work then say he'll come back and... you guessed it NEVER comes back to finish the job. The onsite manager will also keep the shades drawn and the door locked during business hours with the open sign up, or she'll "run out" to do something and leave the open sign up. When you ask her to look something up she complains that she doesn't have enough time to do it and that she is just really busy. Her boss Tina said that she would be sending out a "welcome letter" to the community to introduce the new manager, her husband, and make the community aware of the new hours since this on site manager only works part time. This still hasn't happened shockingly. The area used to be kept up nice and was litter free, the new managers could care less, people leave cigarette butts, and garbage all over the place it's disgusting. It used to be a rule to put your garbage bins out of site (garage/ back yard) and they don't care anymore, in fact the onsite manager will often leave her bins in the front on the curb all week long, making the community look trashy. She (manager) will also tell you that she will deal or call neighbors, if god forbid you have an issue with yours and never do it, I still deal with the same problems with neighbors to no avail. Also be careful, some neighbors are nice and actually clean and work. Others will pile trash, garbage in the garage and back yards leading to a massive insect issue. small black piss ants will invade your house, flies are everywhere during the summer because of the neighbors garbage basking in the heat, fruit flies are horrible during the warmer months as well, you have a lot of spiders as well, there are garden spiders which leave you alone, there's fuzzy black spiders that try to get in the house every chance, and there are bigger brown spiders that will bite you while you sleep. Dogs crap in your front yard, rarely will those around you clean their dog shit out of their yard which means you get to smell fresh and dried out crap during those nice hot months. Dogs run around without their owners around growling and barking. That restricted dog list rule doesn't apply, there are numerous pitbulls, German shepherds and more. I hope you don't cats either, unspayed females will be harassed or raped by the un neutered male cats of the neighborhood, and your male cats will get beat up. There are a significant amount of college kids and college drop outs that come through here too, so there will be parties till 3-5am in the morning with blarring music, loud drunk talking and behavior, cussing/ yelling, everything you want to deal with when you have to get up and go to work. The manager does nothing, the cops try to not even have to come out, and your neighbors don't care if you ask them politely to turn it down or stop so you can sleep. Oh another thing everything is super glued together in the house, I kid you not someone tried to superglue a light bulb above my oven and it died and I found out when I tried to get it out, pieced of the wooden floor lining by the wall and the linoleum under the counters , superglued. A screw in my oven was superglued, my cabinet door was superglued. My silverware drawer has multiple screws, nails, and glue holding it together from either past tenants or maintenance fixes. The fences outside are not kept up at all, I had two aggressive pitbulls next door and they were literally slamming up against the fence and knocking some of the boards down, I had to keep my garbage bins pinned up against there to prevent them from coming through before actually getting someone to come out and throw a few nails in it. I'd steer clear, it ISN'T WORTH LIVING HERE with all of the issues you'll have to deal with and an improperly trained "new"staff. Plus you can find cheaper places in town where you don't have to pay all utilities (garbage, water, gas, electric, pet rent , etc)
