The noodle soup had wider rice noodles (think linguine width) with a couple different cuts of meat. One tasted slightly marinated. The broth could be a bit more intense (maybe my Western preference again) but was tasty overall. I added a bit of chili sauce to give it some spice and to dip my meat in. Overall I felt fulfilled by the meal after traveling in France for several days.
