Alrighty -- so i stumbled upon this little place when heading out of Red Lodge after a friend's wedding weekend with my husband and baby. I ran in here to get us coffees and drinks. The shop is small and already had a few of the "regulars" there catching up for their Sunday morning fare. I obviously was not familiar but the woman working was so helpful in explaining her special hot drinks to me and made the most delicious little breakfast sandwiches for us. I wished i could stay and catch up with her a bit, but she was busy. I cherished the short moments she spent with me because i know getting to your orders and customers during a busy morning is the priority. read more

Coffee was ok, the chai wasn't good, and the breakfast sandwiches were over priced and served on cold bread. Overall unimpressed, as I've been here before years ago and enjoyed so I'm not sure if it was an off day or different staff but I wouldn't go back. read more

This is a cute little coffee shop in the heart of Red Lodge. Traveling through and needed to do some work, they have free WiFi! Perfect place for a respite however their coffee is awful awful. I ordered a Peppermint mocha, my usual... I'm not sure if the barista was new but my coffee was awful, burnt AF. And had a plasticity taste to it. I don't know if this is the norm here but I'd recommend the "City Brew" coffee kiosk at the other end of town. They know a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately it's just a drive through kiosk. I did take it back and explained how and it was, they were more than willing to remake it for me. I opted for a frappe instead. Huge improvement! read more

Very kind business. I hurt my knee outside and they helped me by giving me a bag of ice. Of course, their menu is also delicious. I had a turkey club on a bagel and my boyfriend had a breakfast sausage croissant sandwich. Both were fresh and delicious. We both drank coffees and had a baked good on the side. Visiting town for the first time and really wanted a good cup of coffee and a quick bite. Since they roast their own beans on site, the place was filled with the wonderful aroma of roasted coffee. For the bite, I ordered the Turkey club on a croissant. It was delicious! LOTS of flavored coffees to take home if you like as well on the back wall, and there's this ominous machine back there that looks like something Darth Vader would own if be roasted his own beans. read more

We've been twice on our trip so far and liked everything we got from there. Nice service, cute place, I guess the only downside is it can get hot in there from the roasting, so I wouldn't stick around, but there's plenty to see on the street. read more

Came in to buy a pound of coffee beans for our stay at an Airbnb. We didn't know which type of coffer maker so the salesperson suggested splitting the pound into two grinds. We appreciated that until checkout and had to pay the higher cost of two 8 ounce bags vs one pound. Won't be coming back again. read more

This is the only coffee shop in Red Lodge that I could find that was open at 6:30 AM. It's small, tables are close together. Both mornings I came here, there was a large group of older men dominating the whole place talking loudly about hunting, colonoscopies, laxatives, and making rude comments about women. They were obviously local men, one was a police officer. The owner could ask patrons to be considerate of others and not take up all the space. Or just ask this group of men not to come back. They didn't seem to be spending a lot of money, just making asses out of themselves, and, evidently, Coffee Factory Roasters welcomes them to do it. This is not a quiet, comfortable place to come have a cup of coffee and read the paper. read more

Coffee is fresh and flavorful. I had a Bulletproof coffee. Barista hadn't heard of it but tried based on my ingredients of butter and cream It came out great! She steamed half and half and added a pat of butter then frothed it all together. I added my own stevia. She was super interested in making it. Nice place! read more

This place has the BEST coffee. I am a native Montanan but have not lived there in over a decade. However, I still order their coffee and have it shipped to me all the way across the country. It's THAT good. My favorite is moose joose...nothing better. In my last order, they included the sweetest hand written note. Love this place! read more

The coffee is wonderful, people are great and I enjoyed my morning coffee and an afternoon beverage each day I was in town. They have alternative milks, great food to munch on (huckleberry ANYthing is amazing), and the local people are great to visit with. If I lived in Red Lodge​, I could see myself pretty well living at this coffee shop. read more

After trying this place out 6 years ago as part of our road trip wedding in Red Lodge, we couldn't wait to go back this August. I think we stopped into Coffee Factory Roasters all 3 days we were in Red Lodge. Normally we drink our coffee black, but as we were on vacation, we figured we'd try out the Montana Sunrise, Campfire Mocha, and Grasshopper Glacier Mocha. All 3 were delicious and we even wound up bringing some "Moose Joose" and "Grizzly Peak" Blends home. Unfortunately, we're almost out already...thank goodness they ship! read more

The place looks a little more like a cafe than a coffee shop, but there is a cozy little corner by the door with three comfy chairs and of course it smells like a yummy coffee shop. We stopped for a quick lunch and coffee on our way to Beartooth Mountain highway. A barista in Fargo ND had told us about this coffee shop so we made sure to check it out. We were not disappointed! The bagels we had for lunch and the cookie we had for dessert were very tasty. The coffee was great, too! I had a latte and my husband a regular black coffee. We both loved our drinks (and we are both big coffee snobs, too!). We also couldn't pass on the chance to buy some beans so we could enjoy some Coffee Factory Roasters coffee at home. They have so many to choose from! A coffee dream come true! The staff was very attentive and also very helpful in deciding which beans to buy. We would have never thought to find such a coffee gem in the middle of Montana! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Montana! read more

We stopped in on an unexpected chilly August Saturday. I had a breve. I can tell you the coffee was some of the best I've ever tasted. We travel a lot and pick up coffee from different roasters. This is good stuff! We purchased a pound of the bean Wild West espresso and one of the organic coffees. We are in the area for a bit, and I'm going back to stock up before we leave. One goofy thing is you get the beans in another location within the store after standing in line, then get back in line to pay. This was a minor inconvenience, but they were crowded so the wait was a little annoying. Otherwise, good groove. read more

Not only is the expresso really good, the true hidden gem here is the drip coffee you can take home! I try to go to all local coffee roaster that I see and this is by far my favorite! The "Blueberry Crumble" is possibly the best coffee I have ever had. You will need to get it to go since they have more roasts of coffee then they can possibly serve in house. Had lunch yesterday at the Coffee Factory and it was great!. Any kind of bagel you would want with deli meats and cheeses were available and also, of course, any kind of coffee. Just the smell walking in is awesome! They also have really good desserts available. read more
