Came here on a Sunday. It's a cute little place. I got the churro oat latte & my husband got a mazapan latte. Both were ok at most. They use store bought syrup. I prefer coffee shops who make their own syrups. My kids got cake pops and ended up having to throw it away because they didn't like them too much. Stopped in this morning per a friends recommendation and I'm glad I did. I'm so glad there is a new coffee shop that is RIGHT by my house. YAY! We really don't have anything in this vicinity other than a coffee bean or the Starbucks on Carnelian. I'd much rather support a small business. Here is my rundown: Churro Oat Latte: 5/5 Delicious and on the sweet side, which is what I was expecting. Service: 4/5 Kind and friendly I suppose, but nothing stood out. Maybe they were just overwhelmed Efficiency: 4/5 Waited under 10 minutes for my latte and breakfast sandwich which was totally fine. I just didn't know where to stand. All the tables were taken and there was nowhere to really go wait so I stood between the two tables where people were working on their computers. Not really a big deal. Ham, egg and cheese croissant: 2.5/5 Okay here is where my downfall was. While the croissant was pretty decent (eggs, ham, cheese and croissant part) why why why was there mustard on it? The menu did't mention it and so I didn't realize until I got back home but mustard does not belong on a breakfast sandwich. If it was mentioned on the menu, I simply just would have omitted that ingredient. So excited to have this place in Rancho! We enjoyed our lattes, my churro cinnamon iced was sweet, just how i like it! My husband tried the espresso alone and appreciated the flavor by itself which speaks volumes for coffee quality when it can be enjoyed black! The seating is comfortable and the decor is super cute! The shop itself is visually appealing and has a nice atmosphere. However, when I walked in, the AC was off, and it made the space feel uncomfortable, hotter inside than it was outside. I considered leaving but decided to stay and give the place a fair chance. Maintaining a basic level of environmental comfort is part of hospitality fundamentals, and it really impacts the overall experience. At the register, the cashier repeatedly used terms like "hun" and "babe." While likely intended to be friendly, it came across as disingenuous rather than welcoming. Once may be fine, but repeated use felt excessive and out of place from a customer service standpoint. Additionally, the staff behind the bar didn't seem particularly engaged or happy. Having worked as a barista myself, I recognize how much team energy reflects management. Strengthening guest experience training and leadership could help establish a more welcoming and consistent environment. My daughter and I stopped in here after our nail appointment yesterday. I'd heard about Coffeecito on Yelp and since we were passing right by, a little matcha pick-me-up before Prom prep sounded like a good idea. This place is already VERY popular! There was a small line when we arrived and the place was packed! Very cute little coffee shop and they even have merch for sale! Some outdoor seating as well. While we were waiting, a nice young man said we could have his seat/table, which was super cool! The staff and customers are all so friendly! By the time we left, the line was out the door. I went with the El Machito which is a matcha latte with almond and vanilla mixed with oat milk and cinnamon, and I added the cold foam. My daughter got a brown sugar matcha latte and I ordered a strawberry matcha for my youngest at home. We also got the two last churro muffins and had them warm them up for us. Everything was really good. Love that they whisk their matcha as well. They were very busy, but service was a bit on the slower side, so they may still be working out some things. They apologized for the wait, which was appreciated. My daughter and I both thought their energy drinks look good too, so I think we'll come back to try those at some point too! read more

Super cute and inviting space with good music and delicious drinks. We tried the Churro Oat Latte, the Dulce De Leche Latte, and a banana Nutella empanada. Everything was fantastic! Great seating options with plugs in the built in benches if you need to charge while you sip or work. They have done a beautiful job with the layout and design. My only suggestion/wish is that there were some breakfast offerings with soyrizo or just no meat - they had some yummy sounding breakfast sandwiches and burritos but nothing meat-free when we asked. In the corner of the Stater Bro plaza next to the liquor store and Carls Jr.. It can get busy at times so parking can be a tad tricky. Super friendly staff. Got the mazapan iced latte. Delish. Nutty and smooth. I'm sure they crushed a whole mazapan. Love it. Lol. Aside from their coffee. The food is good too! I recommend ordering 2x of the breakfast empanadas. Very delicious . Back on my coffee roadshow, my husband sent me a TikTok of this place opening and we decided to give it a try on Saturday. We opted for a coffee flight and got the churro oat latte (sub for whole milk and added a cloud top), Dirty Horchaita (Whole milk, added cloud top), Mazapan Latte (whole milk, added cloud top), and we got a HOT dulce de leche latte (whole milk... you see a trend?) I was very excited for honestly all the drink and i have to say the Dulce de leche was my favorite. I will say I'm a little disappointed that Dulce de leche isn't a rich cajeta flavor! It's really more of a Spanish latte but that's just me being nitpicky! In dead last, I would have to put the Dirty Horchaita. I don't know if it's because it's not the OG menu with the oat milk, but the flavor just wasn't it for me. It was missing something for me, maybe more of that rice milk flavoring. The churro oat was also good but I'm not a huge cinnamon fan after a couple of sips it was a bit overwhelming for me. The location is very spacious and has a decent parking lot so you shouldn't have much issues, but that time we left there was a long line outside so it's definitely going to be a popular place. Definitely a nice spot if you're looking to study or do a group project. I would say maybe add one outside seating area or a bunch while people wait. Overall solid 4.3/5 read more

Stopped by for breakfast and tried the churro oat latte with a croissant both were delicious. The latte had a great balance of sweetness and the croissant was fresh and flaky. Service was quick. There was a small mishap, but it was handled well and didn't take away from the overall experience. Staff was still friendly and efficient. The space is clean, modern, and has a really calm vibe. A simple translation would be, coffee gave me a kiss and sent me to bliss and it's simple like that without going into details. I ordered two of their specialty lattes to start off with. First up was the Churro Oat Latte that had vanilla and brown sugar sprinkled with cinnamon, pretty good to start off with. Next was the Dulce De Leche with condensed milk and Mazapan, another winner. Both of the drinks came through with flavor and that caffeine kick I like. The service was friendly and the barista said she makes a mean A$$ Cortado with latte art so I'll definitely be back for that. Since it's a soft opening then don't do dine in yet. I'm saying yet because she and I quote, we will have it for the grand opening and when the staff is fully trained. No date yet but I'll be waiting for that promise. I really wanted to love Coffeecito. I've been there twice now, and unfortunately the welcoming vibe just hasn't been there for me. Maybe it's because they're newly opened and still finding their rhythm, but for a coffee shop, that first interaction when you walk in matters a lot. Most of us are walking in pre-caffeine (and maybe a little cranky), so a warm, inviting experience goes a long way in building that repeat-customer connection. The lattes themselves were decent no major complaints there. One downside for me is that they don't open until 8am during the week. For those of us with earlier starts, that makes it tough to make this a regular stop. Hopefully that's something they adjust as they get more established. On a positive note, the interior is very well done. You can tell there was real thought put into the design, and it shows. Kudos to them for creating a clean, appealing space. Overall, there's definitely potential here. If they can lean into being a bit more welcoming and refine the overall experience, I think it could become a solid go-to spot. read more

Really yummy coffee! We got the churro latte with 75% sweet, sub whole milk, and add cold foam and it was so good! We ended up going again the following weekend. They're still in their soft opening so they have limited hours (I think from 8-3) but I believe she said the grand opening is next weekend? And the hours should be longer. Such a cute little spot! I haven't had a single bad item yet... the chorizo burrito, churro muffin, and breakfast empanada were all delicious. Everything looks freshly made, and the presentation definitely gives that vibe. My husband and I both love the coffee... he sticks with a classic black cold brew, while I go for the fun specialty drinks, and they've all been great. Service is quick, too. Came by the other day for some coffee and breakfast. I have been waiting for this place to open and it is finally here. The ambiance is really nice and a great set up. It is very welcoming and cozy. The staff provided great service and the way they all communicated to each other was awesome to see. They have a great team there and they were all welcoming. I ordered the horchaita and it was delicious. I also had the chorizo breakfast burrito, the empanada, the raspberry coconut bar, and the lemon twist. It was all delicious and amazing. I love that this place has good food and drinks and it is walking distance from me. Before I had to drive towards victoria gardens area or upland. Cute but very small coffee shop that feels crowded and hard to navigate when waiting. Staff at the register were friendly, but baristas seemed overwhelmed and the atmosphere felt tense and less welcoming than expected. There was an older lady with a child behind the counter providing instructions, sounded harsh and rude when speaking to employees, might have contributed to the tense environment. Im pretty certain it was the owner based on her having a child at work. Drinks were overly sweet, masking the coffee flavor, and the food (chorizo burrito and empanadas) was bland. Overall impression: unremarkable experience that isn't worth going out of the way for an expensive mom and pop shop that doesn't know how to treat employees. I really enjoy their drinks and the friendliness. They are very busy and the line is always at the door. That's good for them but all the customers are standing around waiting to order or waiting for their drinks. I was in there one day and someone came in and was three people behind me. The staff must have known him because they were talking to him and asked him to tell them his order and they would take it to him wherever he was working. I finally ordered and was waiting for my drinks. That person that they were talking to got up to the cashier to pay and his drink was brought to him a t the register. A couple of minutes later, I got my drinks. I just didn't think that was cool to hav3 his drink ready when he got up to 5he counter to pay and other customers and myself were waiting for our drinks. I'm so sad that this place didn't have good coffee. My iced churro latte tasted like a lightly burnt coffee and had no flavor of churro AT ALL. It was slightly sweet and you can taste the sugar alcohols in it. read more

Pretty disappointing to show up to this coffee shop a few minutes prior to them closing only to be met with a "sorry we are closed" when walking in. If you close at 3 and customers walk in prior to 3, you should serve them. I really enjoy this new spot but maybe I should reconsider? read more

So i read other reviews of the drinks not tasting alot like coffee and i should've believed them. We got the churro latte, mazapan latte, and a dirty horchaita latte. all tasted like pure milk with syrup. No coffee taste. That was very disappointing. I would've asked for a remake but they were so busy so i didn't want to wait. Oh and the banana nutella empanada was not worth $4. It was tiny. I know it's a soft opening so hopefully with time, they'll get better. All the workers were nice though. read more
