Ordered an iced caramel matcha and I'm not even kidding... it tasted like Lucky Charms milk in the BEST way lol It was actually so good, sweet, creamy, and super easy to drink. I couldn't really taste the caramel, so if that's what you're going for just know it's more of a subtle vibe. But honestly, I didn't even mind. Located in the Thomas Winery Plaza, this cozy, airy local coffeehouse is a friendly place to hang out over coffee, sandwiches, or baked goodies. Their coffee always hits the spot! For me, I was already caffeinated so decaf for me, please! It was delish - nothing missing in this tastily brewed cup! And that takes a bit o' skill with decaf. Service was super welcoming and friendly - all smiles and engaging exchanges. Even more so, when asked if it was ok, they were cool with us bringing in our açaí bowls from next door, as communal outdoor seating was still wet from last night's rain. Incredible staff. Janelle was so sweet! Helpful! Especially as it was our first time in the area and wanted to support a local coffee shop. She asked us what we liked, make recommendations, and even adjusted to be sure we would like, and she did not disappoint. All the drinks were incredible, from the mexican mocha to the creme brule. I appreciate that we were greeted when we came in and that all my drinks were filled to the top! The amount of times that coffee shops fill up the cups halfway is ridiculous! Makes you feel cheated. I used to come here all the time, and I can't believe I never left a review! I was checking in on Yelp and realized I hadn't. Their cappuccino floats during the summer are always my favorite, super delicious and refreshing! This time, my husband ordered the Vanilla Bean Latte, and I tried one of their Mother's Day specials, the Aerocano Blossom latte. It was absolutely delicious! Decided to run over to klatch while my partner and I were in line for soup n fresh on a Sunday afternoon.. for those who know, a caffeine boost is def needed. Walked in and loved the cozy atmosphere inside. The cashier working was really friendly. I ordered an iced caramel brûlée late with oat milk. The coffee had a nice espresso flavor, but was a bit too watery. The vanilla syrup that they used was also a bit bland in flavor which resulted in the coffee having a more heavy Carmel syrup. The coffee was overall pretty solid though. Would come back to try their other drinks! read more

I have to start off by giving kudos to the amazing staff at Klatch Coffee! I went in today for a coffee run with my girlfriend, and the gentleman who took our order was incredibly kind. He asked thoughtful questions to help us find the perfect drinks from the menu, which I really appreciated. He recommended the creme brulee latte for my friend and the vanilla bean latte with cashew milk for me, and they were perfect suggestions. When we received our drinks, the barista was just as kind and made sure we were both happy with them. The location was also very cute with lots of seating both inside and out. It would be a great place to get some work done or study! It was such an amazing experience overall. If I lived closer to this location, I would honestly come every day! read more

Grabbed some coffee after a filling lunch with my mom. Parking: Free parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: Love the outdoor decor. Very farm-like and woodsy. They have an outdoor seating area under the shade. They also have a small indoor space with limited seating. It's cozy & studious. It was pretty busy when we visited in the afternoon. Service: We didn't catch anyone's names, but the cashiers that took our orders were quick & efficient. Drinks: 1) Matcha Latte - My mom ordered this. Their matcha contains Rishi sweet matcha and oat milk. We thought it was okay. We couldn't really taste the matcha. It was too light and watered down. I didn't have high hopes for this anyway. 2) Creme Brûlée Latte - I ordered this bc it was their most popular. If you like sweet specialty drinks like me, then you'll definitely enjoy this. It had vanilla and caramel. It was definitely on the sweeter end, but I enjoyed this. Pricing: We both ordered a large. Prices are on the higher end. Skip the matcha. Before we started grubbing at Soup n Fresh, which is the delicious reboot of Souplantation, my daughter told me that she wanted me to try her favorite coffee spot called Klatch Coffee after seeing the coffeehouse in the same plaza we parked at. I didn't realize Klatch Coffee was my daughter's fave coffee and to be honest, I had never heard of Klatch Coffee. My Baby Girl treated me to an iced creme brulee latte and with this being the first coffee I experienced at Klatch, I now understand why this coffee joint is my daughter's fave. That was such a tasty coffee!!! Klatch Coffee is a chain coffeehouse found in San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. The spot we visited is located in Rancho Cucamonga specifically on the corner of Foothill Blvd. and Vineyard Ave. It can be found as one of several businesses inside the outdoor Thomas Winery Plaza. Besides the nostalgic Soup n Fresh, which is a short walk away, there's a CVS, and a Flame Broiler in the same plaza. There is plenty of parking in this outdoor shopping center. The outside facade of Klatch is rustic, the signage outside is confusing because it says "Coffee Klatch", and if you're sitting outside, the snow capped mountains puts you in a festive spirit. As you enter Klatch, there is plenty of natural sunlight; plenty of cozy seating with a sofa, cushioned chairs, and wooden tables and chairs; my daughter said the decor is cute and welcoming; and there's also plenty of outdoor seating. The young gentlemen my daughter interacted with was friendly and provided attentive customer service. My day trip with my daughter involved visiting Soup n Fresh and Klatch Coffee, which are two businesses that I wish had locations in San Diego. Any of my family and friends can tell me that a restaurant or coffeehouse serves their fave food or coffee, but I'll make that determination on my own regardless of what they say. When my Baby Girl told me Klatch was her fave coffee, I told her I couldn't wait to try it out. She ordered me an iced creme brulee latte with oat milk. We toasted and then she wanted to see what my reaction was after my first sip. I took that first sip and I was about to tell my daughter that I didn't like it. Please don't make the mistake we both made, which was kind of surprising because this was daughter's fave coffee place. Before you take that first sip of an iced coffee at Klatch, make sure to stir the entire drink, so that their syrup is mixed around. After we stirred and then took our first sip, it was divinely delicious. Seriously, that was the most flavorful coffee I've ever drank. Honestly, I don't remember what a creme brulee tastes like, but Klatch's creme brulee latte was so memorable from first sip to my last sip. I savored that drink until it was all gone. I now understood why my daughter called Klatch Coffee her fave coffee spot. Big ups to my daughter for introducing me to an amazing coffee at Klatch Coffee. My wife is a coffee aficionado, so I can't wait for her to try our daughter's fave coffeehouse and after that first great experience, I want to try their other coffee offerings. read more

For the past couple months my friends and I have been frequenting this Klatch Coffee location in Rancho Cucamonga rvery other week if not weekly. I have told many family members and friends to visit this location because we always have a great experience, up until now!! Me and my girlfriend love the seasonal rose drinks, and over the past month have been to not only this location, but various others in the area to get those drinks on numerous occasions! Needless to say we know what the Thorns And Roses latte is supposed to taste like. Well, this past Sunday morning on 5/24, we had an experience that left such a bad taste in our mouths both figuratively and literally that we will not be returning! We ordered ahead on the app and when we picked up our lattes they tasted super bitter, which they have never tasted like before. What should've been an easy solution, (remaking the drink and being our on way), turned into a sour experience when multiple associates were rude to my girlfriend about the issue. When she went back inside to tell the cashier the drinks tasted weird, she just stared at her dumbfounded and was unhelpful in getting the problem fixed. The baristas were also rude and talked to my partner like she was stupid, as if she didn't know what the drink should taste like or as if she was lying about it tasting bitter! The attitudes from both men working the barista station were super rude and one of them started explaining the concept of a rose latte to my girlfriend like she didn't know what she was talking about. The whole thing was insulting and unnecessary. It saddens me as I feel the staff here are usually very courteous, welcoming, and provide great service! Unfortunately this experience has scarred both of us and we will not be returning to this location; a place we had grown to love. Staff needs to humble themselves and have a better service attitude to their guests!!! read more

Love the Klatch! I have been to this Rancho Cucamonga location twice, and several of their other locations. Very consistent, delicious freshly brewed coffee. It's not super fast-as most barista style coffee is made to order. Coffee Goodness takes time. Prices rather high, but I don't buy coffee often so perhaps I'm out of touch. I get the honeybee, light. No orange rind. The first time I had it at this Rancho location (off Sierra Ave) it was overly sweet. Undrinkable sweet. I chatted with the gal at the counter about it, and she suggested next time to ask for just "honey on the rim" and light on the vanilla - that worked perfectly. Just had to train them at this location to my likes. Rich and creamy, smooth, touch of honey without a hint of bitterness. Love the Klatch! read more

This was my first time visiting Klatch Coffee, and I had such a great experience. The workers were super friendly and made me feel really welcome from the start. They took the time to ask me questions about what kinds of flavors I usually enjoy in my coffee and then recommended the Crème Brûlée Latte. It ended up being a great recommendation because the drink was delicious. When they handed it to me, they even made sure I liked it and let me know that if I didn't, they would happily make me something else. That level of customer service really stood out and made the experience feel more personal. The shop itself is also really nice, with plenty of seating available. It's a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee, whether you're meeting up with someone or just want a comfortable place to relax. Overall, I had a really positive first visit. I came here to study with a friend on the weekend and it was really busy inside! There were more people in line so it took a little bit before I was able to place my order but the cashier was super sweet and funny and honestly, I didn't mind waiting that much. I ordered an iced matcha latte and I love how it automatically comes with oat milk already. It was a little warm we were inside, so we ended up going outside to sit in the patio area. It was nice because the Wi-Fi was still able to reach us. When it got too cold outside, we went inside and sat by the outlets. I love Klatch, it's one of my favorite coffee places and I'm so glad they opened up several locations in S. Cali so I can grab a cuppa whenever I come across a Klatch. In addition to a creative drink menu, they have a few yummy snacks, and Klatch merch, as well as bags of their high quality beans for sale in various roasts. I've been at this OG location several times, and I like the vibe here. It's different from the other locations as it feels more intimate and cozy. Service is always great, and so are the drinks. They currently have a holiday menu, although the drink I got most recently, the Polar Cold Brew (cold brew with a peppermint cold foam) wasn't my favorite. I was actually hoping to get the Pralines & Cream Latte, but they ran out of the ingredients when I visited. All time favorite is the Honey Bee Latte with their homemade almond cashew milk . It's not on the menu anymore, but they can still make it if you ask - I think they said it was a vanilla latte with honey. They have promotions/giveaways throughout the year, especially around the holidays, so it's a great time to pick up gifts for your friends and family! read more

Jazzy music playing, with a few comfy seats , one large communal table. The young man at the counter is friendly & easy to talk to. Ordered the "Real" pumpkin latte with oat milk in a ceramic mug and a slice of lemon poppy loaf, warmed. It was ready in a jiffy. So glad it was served with a saucer-as it should be! It was absolutely divine, rich flavor, smooth with a hint of pumpkin (a bit too sweet for my taste but I didn't mind). The lemon poppy loaf was pretty good too. Had a pretty pleasant experience. Stopped in on a Thursday morning for some coffee for me and a friend, and chocolate milk for my little one. We walked in and got our order taken and it was ready in about 7-8 minutes. My friend for an iced chai, I got a shake and also kids chocolate milk as mentioned. All drinks were delicious and tasted fresh. The prices are ok, not too bad the chai was 4 something for a medium. My friend said it was really good and hit the spot. This place is always popping. There's plenty of parking since it's located in a plaza. Staff has always been super friendly. I've been here a few times over the years and I've always felt the same about this place. Inside is a typical coffee shop with diff tables, chairs, couches, coffee tables, a communal table, etc. it's a great place to study/work at since there's plenty of plugs by all the seating areas inside. There are no plugs outdoors but lots of seating outside as well. I usually get the vanilla bean latte with oat milk (hot or cold). This drink never fails to disappoint me. Absolute favorite! Came by today after visiting soup plantation 2.0 and it was a wonderful experience! Got greeted by a gentleman with a nice mustache and then got helped by some nice older white gentleman who said he works at another location, but was talking to me about the product! I was sniffing all the bags to see what was up and he walked over and gave me not only suggestions, but two sample drinks. I've never gotten such nice service at a coffee shop! Im from Orange County and he told me they are in a sprouts in Fullerton there. Yall got a customer for life for me. Please continue to give customers samples, I really felt WOW'd and felt cared for. Will be back Also, lol at the negative review about the restroom being broken and couldn't use the EMPLOYEE restroom. I'm so sorry you're not employed there. I've visited this Klatch location many times over the years. It's usually always busy, but they move quickly and efficiently. All the employees here are so cheerful and friendly. I stopped in here this morning for some breakfast. I purchased an iced crème brûlée latte and an avocado toast. Despite the crowd, my order was done quickly. The coffee was amazing, as always! I opted for their house made almond/cashew milk as a dairy-free alternative. And the avocado toast is so tasty and refreshing. Love that it's on sourdough and the Persian cucumbers and sumac really elevate it to the next level. They have a nice amount of seating inside and outside, and many people were gathering here to study/work or chat. It's a nice atmosphere and has a good vibe. I don't know if the baristas are more experienced here but this is my preference than their satellites inside Sprouts. I've never had a bad drink here. My favorite is their cafe mocha paired with their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Obviously this location has more character with seating inside as well as outside in front (facing Foothill) and in the back. Despite its many seating features, it can be very busy where having an intimate conversation can be intrusive. However, it is a spot to not overlook. read more

I have been to Klatch Coffee a couple times at their Chino Hills and San Dimas locations. I found out that their original location is in Rancho Cucamonga so I had to seek them out LOL. It was not easy to find them as I had to drive all around the parking lot and my internet connection wasn't working at the time, hence, I couldn't see anything on Google Map. But I knew I was within the vicinity. After driving to the front of the building on Foothill Blvd side, I finally saw Coffee Klatch. Btw, this is not their front entrance... it's actually their back entrance. Their front entrance is on the other side closer to IV Juice Bar. Anyway, I entered through the back. I walked up to the counter. The nice lady asked me what I wanted to order and I said 1 Patio Special drink, 1 Cinnamon Twist, and 1 Cappacino Chip Muffin. She asked if I wanted whip cream on my drink and if I wanted the cinnamon twist heated up. I said yes to both. Former was okay, but I did not care for the cinnamon twist heated up because it got soft... I prefer it unheated. Patio Special drink was good, but a tad bitter than the last one I had from the San Dimas location. Different people making them may result in difference in taste... that's how it goes. I didn't try the muffin, but it looked good though. Staff was okay. Service was decent. Interior was quaint and had some nostalgic feel to it. It's in a very old building so I'm sure there's some history here. They also have merchandise for sale like sweatshirts, caps, mugs, jugs, cups, and more. Btw, they don't have a drive-thru. This location is somewhat out of my way. I don't know if I'll be back here as often as I would for the other locations. This is a coffee shop I genuinely love and visit often, just not usually this location. I stopped by because I happened to be nearby, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was short, dismissive, and gave the clear impression that she was upset to be serving customers at all.
