Incredible staff. Janelle was so sweet! Helpful! Especially as it was our first time in the area and wanted to support a local coffee shop. She asked us what we liked, make recommendations, and even adjusted to be sure we would like, and she did not disappoint. All the drinks were incredible, from the mexican mocha to the creme brule. I appreciate that we were greeted when we came in and that all my drinks were filled to the top! The amount of times that coffee shops fill up the cups halfway is ridiculous! Makes you feel cheated. But not this place! Overall, a great visit. Out of all the coffee shops in the area, this is the one to support.

I used to come here all the time, and I can't believe I never left a review! I was checking in on Yelp and realized I hadn't. Their cappuccino floats during the summer are always my favorite, super delicious and refreshing! This time, my husband ordered the Vanilla Bean Latte, and I tried one of their Mother's Day specials, the Aerocano Blossom latte. It was absolutely delicious! I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of the Mother's Day specialty drinks!

Decided to run over to klatch while my partner and I were in line for soup n fresh on a Sunday afternoon.. for those who know, a caffeine boost is def needed. Walked in and loved the cozy atmosphere inside. The cashier working was really friendly. I ordered an iced caramel brûlée late with oat milk. The coffee had a nice espresso flavor, but was a bit too watery. The vanilla syrup that they used was also a bit bland in flavor which resulted in the coffee having a more heavy Carmel syrup. The coffee was overall pretty solid though. Would come back to try their other drinks!

Small coffee shop. Limited seating. Sandwiches were delicious and filling. Coffee was amazing. We got the meximocha which was perfect with the rainy weather. Service was friendly. Great music as you enjoy your coffee and sandwich. Our go to coffee spot.

I like to come here on my work breaks and the team makes every visit great, especially Jeremy! The environment feels warm and welcoming. My questions are answered thoroughly and I've been guided to great menu options. I love it here ! I tried the ube cold brew today, unfortunately it is super seasonal but it was so delicious

Grabbed some coffee after a filling lunch with my mom. Parking: Free parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: Love the outdoor decor. Very farm-like and woodsy. They have an outdoor seating area under the shade. They also have a small indoor space with limited seating. It's cozy & studious. It was pretty busy when we visited in the afternoon. Service: We didn't catch anyone's names, but the cashiers that took our orders were quick & efficient. Drinks: 1) Matcha Latte - My mom ordered this. Their matcha contains Rishi sweet matcha and oat milk. We thought it was okay. We couldn't really taste the matcha. It was too light and watered down. I didn't have high hopes for this anyway. 2) Creme Brûlée Latte - I ordered this bc it was their most popular. If you like sweet specialty drinks like me, then you'll definitely enjoy this. It had vanilla and caramel. It was definitely on the sweeter end, but I enjoyed this. Pricing: We both ordered a large. Prices are on the higher end. Skip the matcha. I'd visit every once in a while for a treat.

Before we started grubbing at Soup n Fresh, which is the delicious reboot of Souplantation, my daughter told me that she wanted me to try her favorite coffee spot called Klatch Coffee after seeing the coffeehouse in the same plaza we parked at. I didn't realize Klatch Coffee was my daughter's fave coffee and to be honest, I had never heard of Klatch Coffee. My Baby Girl treated me to an iced creme brulee latte and with this being the first coffee I experienced at Klatch, I now understand why this coffee joint is my daughter's fave. That was such a tasty coffee!!! Klatch Coffee is a chain coffeehouse found in San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. The spot we visited is located in Rancho Cucamonga specifically on the corner of Foothill Blvd. and Vineyard Ave. It can be found as one of several businesses inside the outdoor Thomas Winery Plaza. Besides the nostalgic Soup n Fresh, which is a short walk away, there's a CVS, and a Flame Broiler in the same plaza. There is plenty of parking in this outdoor shopping center. The outside facade of Klatch is rustic, the signage outside is confusing because it says "Coffee Klatch", and if you're sitting outside, the snow capped mountains puts you in a festive spirit. As you enter Klatch, there is plenty of natural sunlight; plenty of cozy seating with a sofa, cushioned chairs, and wooden tables and chairs; my daughter said the decor is cute and welcoming; and there's also plenty of outdoor seating. The young gentlemen my daughter interacted with was friendly and provided attentive customer service. My day trip with my daughter involved visiting Soup n Fresh and Klatch Coffee, which are two businesses that I wish had locations in San Diego. Any of my family and friends can tell me that a restaurant or coffeehouse serves their fave food or coffee, but I'll make that determination on my own regardless of what they say. When my Baby Girl told me Klatch was her fave coffee, I told her I couldn't wait to try it out. She ordered me an iced creme brulee latte with oat milk. We toasted and then she wanted to see what my reaction was after my first sip. I took that first sip and I was about to tell my daughter that I didn't like it. Please don't make the mistake we both made, which was kind of surprising because this was daughter's fave coffee place. Before you take that first sip of an iced coffee at Klatch, make sure to stir the entire drink, so that their syrup is mixed around. After we stirred and then took our first sip, it was divinely delicious. Seriously, that was the most flavorful coffee I've ever drank. Honestly, I don't remember what a creme brulee tastes like, but Klatch's creme brulee latte was so memorable from first sip to my last sip. I savored that drink until it was all gone. I now understood why my daughter called Klatch Coffee her fave coffee spot. Big ups to my daughter for introducing me to an amazing coffee at Klatch Coffee. My wife is a coffee aficionado, so I can't wait for her to try our daughter's fave coffeehouse and after that first great experience, I want to try their other coffee offerings.

Yep.. this is the spot. Small, chill environment good to work or just hang out in/at. REALLY good coffee all around. 10/10 recommended. Huge bonus for the friendly guys behind the counter asking you the right questions on what you like (when you've never been here before) to help guide with suggestions. Just great service all around (19:30 on 5/9/25). Will definitely be back!

Love the Klatch! I have been to this Rancho Cucamonga location twice, and several of their other locations. Very consistent, delicious freshly brewed coffee. It's not super fast-as most barista style coffee is made to order. Coffee Goodness takes time. Prices rather high, but I don't buy coffee often so perhaps I'm out of touch. I get the honeybee, light. No orange rind. The first time I had it at this Rancho location (off Sierra Ave) it was overly sweet. Undrinkable sweet. I chatted with the gal at the counter about it, and she suggested next time to ask for just "honey on the rim" and light on the vanilla - that worked perfectly. Just had to train them at this location to my likes. Rich and creamy, smooth, touch of honey without a hint of bitterness. Love the Klatch!

I came here to study with a friend on the weekend and it was really busy inside! There were more people in line so it took a little bit before I was able to place my order but the cashier was super sweet and funny and honestly, I didn't mind waiting that much. I ordered an iced matcha latte and I love how it automatically comes with oat milk already. It was a little warm we were inside, so we ended up going outside to sit in the patio area. It was nice because the Wi-Fi was still able to reach us. When it got too cold outside, we went inside and sat by the outlets. There seemd to be a fair amount of outlets inside and plenty of seating if you're willing to share with others at a communal table.

Klatch Coffee Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Klatch Coffee

    Is it loud inside?

It's definitely busy and can get loud. I would recommend good headphones.

Do they still use ceramic cups, I remembered they did but not sure if still do? I loved that and their latte foam designs

Yup! Just ask for it "for here"!

Is this a good place to study?

    Yes, it can be.

What brand of oat milk do they carry?

Oatly? I have Califia farms at home and I don't recall seeing them use that brand.

Have you reopened for people to sit indoors again? If not, any estimate as to when?

Yes! We are currently allowing indoor seating for guests, while adhering to state guidelines and prioritizing guest comfort, first and foremost. Come on in and have a seat!

    Is there outdoor seating currently?

Yes! A good amount of seats in the back little courtyard area and one or two tables in the front.

What milk choices do they have?

We have the regular choices like whole, nonfat and half n half. We also offer oat milk, and we make our own house made almond cashew and toasted coconut.

I ordered an iced latte w coconut milk and on top they added this white chalk looking thing? I couldn't pin point what it was, anyone know?

Hello, We make our own coconut milk in house so the chunks you saw are actual bits of the milk.

What should I get here if I need something super strong (I prefer iced drinks) and what's a patio special?

A patio special is made with vanilla ice cream, our house made chocolate milk, espresso and a secret ingredient. It’s delicious on a hot day like this. As far as something iced and strong I would recommend an iced americano or an iced eye opener.

The service itself was great; our server was very sweet and apologized that they didn't have more options for us, offering a pasta dish and the mac and cheese. However, the restaurant's decision to fry virtually every vegetarian-friendly side in beef tallow made me feel extremely limited and unwelcome. No fries, tater tots, sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts, or even the mozzarella sticks are actually vegetarian-safe because they're all cooked in beef fat--which is just wild for things like cheese sticks and veggies. Yes, they offer Impossible patties, but most people expect to pair a burger with potato sides, and that simply wasn't possible here. Your only real options are pasta, mac and cheese, or salads. I completely respect restaurants having their own cooking style, but it would've been nice to have at least a few genuinely vegetarian-friendly comfort sides available. Unfortunately, because of that, I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend The Cut to vegetarians.

5 Stars -- An Amazing Family Celebration After Nora's Baptism…read more We came to Richie's Diner in Rancho Cucamonga after a very special morning for our family, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. Earlier that morning, our daughter Nora was baptized at Water of Life Church, which was a huge moment for her and for all of us as a family. Afterward, we wanted a place where we could sit down with friends and family, relax, enjoy a good meal, and continue celebrating the day. Richie's Diner ended up being the perfect choice. We had a group of 12, which is not always easy for a restaurant to handle, especially on a day when everyone is excited, hungry, talking, laughing, and trying to keep the kids settled. But Richie's handled it without any issue at all. From the moment we walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and comfortable. Nobody made us feel like our group was an inconvenience. That matters. A lot of restaurants can technically seat a bigger party, but not every restaurant actually makes that group feel wanted. Richie's did. The customer service was honestly the highlight of the visit, and Francisco deserves a huge shout-out. He was absolutely amazing with our table. He was attentive, friendly, patient, and had the kind of personality that makes a meal feel more personal. He did not just take orders and disappear. He actually engaged with us. What really stood out was how he took the time to talk WWE with the kids. That may sound like a small thing, but it meant a lot. The kids loved it. They lit up because he was not just treating them like kids sitting at the table; he was treating them like part of the experience. That kind of service cannot be faked. Francisco made the meal more fun and memorable for them, and as a parent, I really appreciate that. The manager, Jimmy Z, also deserves to be recognized. Jimmy always takes good care of us when we come in, and this visit was no different. He has that old-school hospitality that you do not see as much anymore. He pays attention, checks in, and makes you feel like your business actually matters. When he found out we were there celebrating Nora's baptism, he gave her a candy on the house, which was a very sweet gesture. Again, it may sound simple, but those are the moments people remember. Nora felt special, and that was the whole point of the day. Jimmy also gave us some cookies to take home, which was completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. It was thoughtful, generous, and just another example of why we keep coming back. The whole staff did a great job with our group. With 12 people, there are always extra requests, drink refills, kids needing something, people changing their minds, or food coming out at different times. But everything went smoothly. Our waiter took care of us without missing a beat. The food came out hot, the orders were right, and nobody at our table felt forgotten. That is not easy with a larger party, and it says a lot about how well the place is run. Now, the food was excellent too. I had the omelette, and it was perfect. A good omelette sounds simple, but anyone who eats breakfast out knows there is a big difference between an average omelette and one that is actually done right. This one was cooked properly, had great flavor, and hit exactly the way a classic diner breakfast should. It was hearty without being sloppy, and everything tasted fresh. The homemade jelly was another standout. That stuff is amazing. You can tell the difference immediately between basic packaged jelly and something that actually has character and flavor. It added a little something extra to the meal and made the breakfast feel more homemade and special. Those little details are part of what separates a place like Richie's from a generic breakfast spot. My wife ordered the ribeye steak, and it was grilled outside to perfection. The flavor was excellent, and the cook on it was exactly what you hope for when ordering a steak at a diner-style restaurant. It had that grilled flavor, good texture, and was clearly handled with care. Sometimes restaurants treat steak like an afterthought on a breakfast or diner menu, but that was not the case here. Her ribeye was legitimately impressive. Our friend ordered the filet mignon, and that was exceptional as well. It is not every day you go to a diner and hear someone at the table talking about how good the filet mignon is, but that was the case here. It was cooked well, flavorful, and definitely exceeded expectations. Between the omelette, the ribeye, the filet, and the sides, everyone at our table left happy. What I appreciate most about Richie's Diner is that it still feels like a real family restaurant. There is something very traditional and comforting about it. You walk in and it feels like a place where people know how to treat customers. The food is good, the portions are solid, the staff is kind, and management is present. That combination is hard to find.
