After multiple phone calls, texts, emails, and a visit to the memorial gardens with a threat of going to the news media it was finally completed. TJ gave us multiple excuses why it was not done, such as no order was received, but he was paid. He sent us a photo of an empty envelope that the plate was sent in, saying UPS lost it. This plate was paid for within a few weeks of grandmas death. His service was less then desirable.

We used Pacific Northwest cremation & funeral for both my wife's and daughter's cremation and would NEVER even consider Neptune Society for ANYTHING. THEY are the ambulance chasers of the cremation industry and have no shame and certainly no respect for both the deceased and surviving family members.
