The icing on the cake was they Bid $5,000 and we got an invoice for $4,000, needless to say we were delighthed to save $1,000. The competion (we went out for a bid) was $6,000 plus. Great follow through and easier on the wallet to do business with these guys.

Customers be informed: New ownership 2021charges for drive…read moretime to site.  They are not out of Sandpoint they are coming out of Athol.  I was charged for 2 guys at $130 each an hour, and one guy $50 an hour from Athol to Sagle (95/Dufort/Lakeshore area.)  Charged 1.625 hrs one way = $503.75 so round trip $1,007.50.  This does not include the cost of work to be done it is only travel time which they say includes loading material and equipment.  This work was warranty work that was supposed to be fixed by previous owner.  Season and water levels prevented previous owner from completing work.  New owner does not recognize previous owner commitments.  Cannot evaluate the work since it was repairing an irrigation line that has not been turned on.
