They completely screwed up what paperwork they sent to social security... they FORGOT to let them know my husband had a SURVIVING SPOUSE!!! So I've now been going round and round since FEBRUARY to try to get HIS benefits!! I would NOT recommend them because this was a HUGE OOOPS on THEIR PART!!! read more

Audrina was there for everything start to finish treating me, the family and my Mom with great respect and dignity. I highly recommend Bell Tower funeral home. They did a fabulous job when my mother passed away last month. They made a wonderful slideshow from pictures we provided, and put the slideshow to music that we picked. It turned out even better than I had hoped. They handled the cremation, obituaries, flowers, memorial cards, assembled and provided photo boards for the service, and much, much more. Evan is great to work with. He even came to the memorial and passed out memorial cards. We are so appreciative of all they have done to make this easier on us, and I will definitely recommend them as much as I can. They were wonderful when my Mom passed away. I had called them beforehand with some questions. They addressed them with good answers and when the time came, they treated my Mom with dignity and respect. I was so impressed with the Flex vehicle & it was only a few feet from my door to the car, but they still put her on a gurney and covered her with a beautiful velvet custom cover. I so appreciated that. When my daughters and I went to the funeral home the same day to make arrangements, I asked to see her and they were so accommodating. They said I could come anytime before her cremation. I am so glad I used them. They made a difficult time easier. read more

We had an unexpected death in our family. My husband had been transferred from Sacred Heart Medical Center to the North Idaho Advanced Care Hospital in Post Falls, Idaho. Unexpected complications arose and my husband passed away unexpectedly just a few months ago. We had originally planned to use a funeral home closer to our Spokane home but the cost to transport over state lines was about $2,000 extra so we used the closest funeral home to the hospital where my husband passed away. The Bell Tower Funeral Home was VERY helpful, conscientious, prompt, and went out of their way to help us. Their prices were very reasonable. It is extremely clean and well-appointed, well-lit. It isn't a depressing place. It is dignified. I also asked to go into the place where they perform the cremations. They were glad to take me into the room and show me everything they do and open the area for me to inspect it. The funeral home not only put our obituary notice (that I wrote) into the Spokane newspaper but they also found out how to put it into a local out-of-state newspaper. We, of course, had to pay the necessary newspaper printing charges but they did all the work. The funeral home also ordered all the death certificates for us. I'd suggest you order extra copies at the time of death though as they original Idaho copies are more ornate and still cost the same. I think they were $17 each. The funeral home also hosts an online website of your obituary notice and funeral arrangement information where people can leave their condolences. It is comforting to be able to return months later and re-read the messages left by old friends and co-workers. The only way I could see you saving money is if you purchased your cremation urns in advance from a place like Costco. I felt the funeral home more than earned the amount of money I could have saved. I am advising my family that I'd prefer to always use this funeral home if and when the need ever arises again (which it undoubted will). I just felt it was worth putting my experiences down for someone else to be able to see how these people treat their 'customers' - - very well. We were exceptionally pleased. read more
