They installed a safety sensor for airflow on hot water heater which was unnecessary. The plumber I now work with has been in the business 20 years and has never seen one installed. This sensor has caused my water heater to pilot to go out at least three times. $500 spent to fix it and it malfunctioned again and frasers wouldn't and couldn't support their work or the crappy product they sold me. They don't have enough technicians. It took them a week to respond. They have nice customer service people who are nice to talk to but I just need my hot heater fixed and supported!

What prompted me to contact Flow Master was the day that I discovered all of our water feed valves where either stuck in the open position or leaking. David came to my house, confirmed that all of the feed valves needed replacing. At the same time, I asked if he could move the whole-house shut off valve from the crawlspace to inside of our laundry room. After checking under my house he told me that it would be no problem. He sent me an estimate for the entire job with an option to add a whole-house water filtering system and a new water heater. I decided to hold off on the filter system and the water heater. There was no pressure from David throughout the whole process. I found his price fair and honest, and within one week he was here. It took him one day to complete the job! Now, Today - The Start up cap goes bad on my unit and I call for a service, again I get get a pretty fast response but similar to the fist time they were delays and came a couple hours after they said they would; but they came and that was good. Then The spend 15 minutes replacing the Capacitor (I had the unit open and ready for them when they arrived) and they tried to hit me with a $400.00 + bill for 15 mins of work and a $20.00 part! I was not very happy and the tech had Tony call me and he offed to drop the price to $335.00 noting Two guys It doesn't take 2 guys to change out a cap.) and he has overhead! Well - I should have done this myself, but I wanted to have a qualified tech look it over just in case, never dreaming they would charge try to charge me $400.00+ for a 15 min job! Sure time, travel, gas, insurance, expenses, ect. all add up but there is a fair profit and there is highway robery . Next time I will use another HVAC repair shop just because Tony had the opportunity to make it right but he chose money over building a loyal customer. Never Again......... Sorry!
