We gave Shauna every detail possible about my mother-in-law's condition and after checking a few other places, decided to take her for an evaluation to determine the care needed. We all agreed on level 3 care with Jennifer the head nurse. We moved her in after a week or so and my wife stayed for a couple of days to help her get used to her new environment. My mother-in-law is prone to falling and did so on her second night in the place. My wife pushed her emergency button on her arm. After about 20 mins my wife went to go see if someone could help. There was no one around to be found and it took over an hour and a half for someone to come check on her. By then my wife was already able to help her back to bed. It seems like the nurses did the bare minimum for my mother-in-law the whole time she was there. At Thanksgiving we decided to see if wanted to come stay the night with us and have dinner. We brought her home and realized during that entire two weeks there that they had not bathed her at all because, she smelled really bad and when asked why, we were given the excuse that there was a bandage on her arm. We decided to bring my mother-in-law home for good and put in notice to quit. when I went to get some of her things to bring home the nurses told me they were concerned about her wine drinking. I let them know that Shauna and Jennifer were made fully aware of my mother-in-law's condition, but I have the feeling they were just working on damage control. We are currently looking for legal advice on this situation. Please DO NOT bring your loved one to this place!! The sales pitch is amazing but, they absolutely do not do the things they say they do. The monthly cost for this care that we paid 2 months' worth on was $7,800.00 They need to get the people better help in this place for sure.

Well I have lived here about 5 months now, there are good and bad aspects of course, but the bad is…read morestarting to outweigh and win the day here. The property is supposed to be "controlled access" but there are holes cut in the fence by the homeless occupants of a nearby encampment which abuts next to the railroad tracks. The trains are a HUGE nuisance with the noise, fumes and constant idling airbrake releases. Management is told about the holes and they just look away and say "we are getting bids", weeks turn into months and nothing is done. Man gates can be pulled open from the outside, talking about loss of control access. This is supposed to be a non smoking property but the smell of people smoking weed and tobacco hangs in the air like a noxious cloud. Some residents don't even try to hide their smoking. Dogs are allowed to run around off leash and crap without being picked up., even though there are dog parks located on property. I enjoy the activities and some great neighbors.

However, it now benefits from a dedicated and compassionate team that genuinely supports residents. Notably, the property has introduced complimentary meals--an important improvement from the previous requirement for tenants to pay. Additionally, management has taken a proactive approach in addressing residents' needs by connecting them with food resources and even preparing hot meals on-site. Im Thankful I stuck it out its such an awesome place to live.

The staff of the facility treated her wonderfully and she absolutely loved living there. She enjoyed the amazing meals the chef provided and he would even fix something she requested! The management always provided incredible service, above and beyond what was expected. She enjoyed getting to know the other guests and delighted both staff and residents when she would sing as she strolled through the facility. If she needed anything, all she had to do was ask and the caring staff would help her. I recommend Radcliffe Place as a perfect place for a Independent senior to live. Great company, great perks, wonderful meals, and nice outings.

All staffs were friendly and professional, including the community's van drivers, especially the young man in a flower Hawaii shirt, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I enjoyed my time visiting all four communities, Weatherly Inn is my favorite, excellent retirement facilities, beautiful and upscale. Merrill Gardens & Chateau Valley Center are great too. What a fun way to explore four wonderful communities in the area, learn about pricing, amenities, the active retirement lifestyle, and walked away with a better sense of what senior living in Renton has to offer.

Our entire nursing and care staff are AMAZING. You can see the genuine love for their jobs and the residents. Raena, our Community Relations Director, truly cares about the people that she brings in. She is thorough and makes sure that a prospective resident will be the right fit at our community. If she believes that we cannot offer them something they need, she will help them find another place to go instead. That shows miles of integrity, to me. Our residents touch my life on a daily basis. I can come in to work with an empty cup and leave overflowing. You just feel good when you walk in the doors. There is something in the air here. I would be honored to have a family member, or loved one, live here any day. This is truly a magical place.

I was impressed by the staff's quick responses to emails and their patience with us as we floundered around not knowing what was going to be best for dad. Shout out to Jodi and Ollie, who took us on many re-tours and answered all of our questions. I especially wanted dad in the memory care at Chateau. It seemed like the right place for him. We were ready to move him in and our lives took a shart turn and he did not move in. But, our experience with the staff and their concern for what was best for dad needed to be acknowledged.
