Not only that there was no check-in being done from our server. Felt kind of neglected. The manager came over to apologize after it was asked if they could have food that was hot. He seemed sorry. But it kind of put a damper on the meal. This is not a cheap place. Expectations are high. They were busy. Totally understand. However to serve cold food is not cool at all. They were a little worried as I seemed to be questionable at first but put their minds at ease I was attending the same event as them for the Women's Philanthropy session of Sharon Tal the Israeli Fashion Designer. The event center itself is so beautiful. They had everything catered from the hors d'oeuvres to the wine bar. The women helped themselves and we stood around mingling and admiring the designs of Sharon Tal. Later we listened to a speech from Sharon Tal and the president of Maskit in Israel, Ruth Dayan. She couldn't be there in person as she was busy celebrating her birthday at 101 years young!! Yes, she does act young for this age, as I viewed a YouTube video of her having a good ole time in the Russian dance club. As a gift Maskit got her a barrel of her favorite alcohol to celebrate her life and legacy of this company. I thoroughly enjoyed this event and learning about how Sharon Tal became a fashion designer from working with the world renowned Alexander McQueen to designed her own outfits for the runway, everything was amazing to see and hear. I hope to be able to attend more fun events like this here again soon!

Unfortunately, the experience after booking and after the wedding became frustrating, and several important issues were never properly addressed. The first issue was with the package pricing. We only had two guests attending my mom and sister. We were told we had to book the next package tier because the smallest package did not allow guests, which cost about $200 more. During the wedding, Patty mentioned that because we only had two guests, we actually could have used the smaller package with just a small additional fee. However, when I followed up by email afterward asking about this, she denied ever saying that. That was disappointing and felt dishonest. The second major issue involved the photographer. Patti forgot to inform the photographer that we were scheduled, so the photographer arrived about 1.5 hours late. Because of this, many important pre-ceremony photos including dress photos, ring photos, and other moments getting ready had to be taken on a phone instead of professionally. We paid a significant amount for photography, so this was extremely frustrating. The delay also caused the rest of the session to feel rushed. Communication after the wedding was also poor. We were never given updates on when to expect our wedding photos, and I had to send multiple emails asking about them. I was repeatedly told the gallery had already been emailed to me, but nothing was ever received in my inbox or spam folder. It took almost two more weeks of back-and-forth before I finally received the link. Overall, while the venue itself is decent for a small wedding, the lack of communication, scheduling mistakes, and refusal to acknowledge concerns left a very negative impression. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way these issues were handled afterward is why I cannot recommend this venue. There are many better options for couples planning a smaller-budget wedding.

I'm not a golfer personally, but my fiancée is, and he loves the opportunity to golf on this private course a few times a year. The course is gorgeous and very well-kept. We've become regulars at the poker night, where we've met some good friends and always enjoy a great organized night of poker for much lower buy-ins than you'd get at a casino. We also love coming to the club for happy hour or dinner. The food is surprisingly good (we learned that everything on the menu is made from scratch). We love to order the pretzel bites as an app followed by any of the amazing entrees. The staff is wonderful and takes the time to learn your name and catch up with you whenever you come. I have a $500 refundable deposit for my event. Now in the contract it said to have the venue cleaned and take the trash out which is what we did. Then they text me about the back door not being able to shut and leaving ONE bag of ice in the freezer. Now be for real, fixing a door and leaving a bag of ice is not worth $500. We came to the agreement of them giving me my $250 back for the refund and then come to say 2 days later she decides to send me pictures of the restroom from "my so call event day" after we had already agreed on getting my deposit back. Now she tried to tell me if I deserved to get my deposit back when clearly in there contract it does not say I had to clean and scrub their bathrooms. I told them to give send me the pictures with the dates and she did not. Now I am not the only person who has gone through this and read everyone's review before mine. Save yourself a headache from them and your MONEY! Don't make the mistake we did and not listen to our friends when they told us that they were already known for never refunding anyone's deposits.! I still let them at least try to keep $250 but the full $500 for a door that just wasn't closing properly and leaving ONE trash can in the bathroom and a toilet that was not BROKEN IS NOT WORTH THEM KEEPING MY FULL $500
