Pretzel crusted pork chops - Restaurant week 2/2026
    Ellen M.

Stopped in for dinner with a friend and stumbled onto success since it is Restaurant week! Started with their crab, shrimp, lobster bisque which was creamy and flavorful. Had a fair amount of seafood chunks. For my entree I picked the pretzel crusted pork chops which were cooked to perfection and served with a side of mashed potatoes and broccolini. So yummy! Finished the meal with the Cooper's Hawk chocolate cake (has a side of vanilla ice cream). The meal could not have been better, especially since it was $40! I'm not a big wine drinker, but did enjoy a glass of their prosecco which we were able to take advantage of at their Happy Hour price. Wish they had more options that are non wine. Great service and all were helpful. The lobby is too packed because of the merchandise. Parking can be tricky in that area of Easton, so be prepared to pay via app if you are in the neighboring lot.

Braised Short Rib Risotto- full of gummy rice and huge pieces of fat

My husband and I went out for our anniversary dinner and wanted to go somewhere that would be a little more special, and wanted to include our 7 year old son. We decided on Cooper's Hawk, and made reservations a week prior for 5:15pm tonight. When we arrived, the hostess wouldn't even lift her head to acknowledge us, and indicated our table wasn't ready. We were finally seated at 5:45pm, and waited another 10 minutes before we were greeted by our server. She brought out waters and bread, and we waited another 15 minutes before she came to take our drink order. We decided to order everything as we were starving and our son was restless and beyond hungry. The table next to us was seated 10 minutes after us and received their appetizer and drinks before us. We also noticed other tables with kids receiving their kids drinks in plastic cups with lids and their kids food way ahead of the adults. Our son was given his drink in a heavy glass without a top, and were informed 15 minutes after ordering that his kids dinner was not available, which resulted in a meltdown. We ordered the filet medallions from the kids menu as a last resort for him and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before it was delivered to our table. The filet medallions were burnt to a crisp and inedible. My short rib risotto was gummy and full of tough fat instead of toothsome risotto and melt in your mouth short rib. Our server was very defensive and seemed to have an answer for everything, and informed us that the manager was too busy to come out to talk to us. We observed other tables around us and everyone seemed to have issues with their meals, and tables were not cleared or bussed after the parties left. With the price of the meals and ambiance presented we were left extremely disappointed and frustrated. A celebratory meal for us should have been memorable, but was memorable for the wrong reasons. We even put in our reservation that it was our wedding anniversary and that wasn't acknowledged and we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert. We won't be returning, and hope this serves as a warning before any others are planning a visit to eat here!

Cooper Hawk had amazing wine and a huge wine selection with great tasting options as well! Highly recommend the Sparkling Almond bubbles and their Chardonnay. I was less impressed with the service and their food. While the food was good, my Shrimp and Scallop Risotto needed some assistance. Neither the shrimp nor the scallops were seared and that changed the texture and flavor of the dish--brown food tastes good!! The service was mia.

I had a great experience overall at Cooper's Hawk at Easton. The atmosphere is upscale but relaxed, making it a solid spot for a nice dinner without feeling too formal. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the food hit the mark. I ordered the pretzel-crusted pork really flavorful and cooked well, however I didn't like the crusting because it was mushy but the flavor was there. I gotta say, the pretzel bread they serve before the meal is dangerously good. Like, could-eat-an-entire-one-by-myself good. One of the best parts of the night was the wine flight is 4 legit glasses of wine for $20 is a great value, and a fun way to try different options without committing to one bottle. Only downside: during the meal, someone on staff accidentally spilled water on me. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was surprising that they didn't offer any kind of comp, apology gesture, or discount especially given the otherwise polished service. That's the only reason I'm docking a star. Still, I'd definitely come back. Good food, good wine, and a great atmosphere. I just hope to stay dry next time.

Cooper's Hawk is a favorite of mine! They have a great selection of different cuisines and every single dish is executed to perfection and tastes phenomenal. Fantastic service and ambiance. Plus, the wine tasting is a must! The perfect date night spot.

First time here at Cooper's Hawk! My dish was delish! Highly recommend the Chicken Burger. Service was on point, the only downside, our pretzel bread was forgotten. We did sit outside on their patio, gorgeous night, but we would get hints of sewer smell, unfor where we were. I will have to say, I give them props for have toilet seat covers in the bathrooms, I mean not all places have those!

Been coming here since Jan. 2020. Have never had a bad experience. Yes, the wines can be hit or miss depending on the variety and vintage, but I would say more often than not, the wines are above average. The food has always been excellent! I try and not order the same thing each time, but mix it up. Never had a bad meal. This most recent trip, we enjoyed the Sweet and Crunchy Shrimp Lettuce Wraps with Bibb Lettuce, Asian Cabbage Slaw, Toasted Cashews, and Chili Crisp Ranch. Then it was the Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad with Crunchy Corn, Pickled Vegetables, Grape Tomatoes, Avocado, Tortilla Chips, Avocado-Lime Dressing, with Chili Ranch. For dessert, we shared the Reese's Cup Cookie. The service was also excellent. If you're lucky to get Peaches in the tasting room, your experience will be even better!

My second time at Cooper's Hawk, my first time at this location! I made a reservation since I knew that this is a busy place to go to. Large space with high ceilings. And you can do wine tastings at the front area where you can buy wine things. My friend and I started off with wine, of course, and the crispy rice with tuna appetizer. Delicious! Presentation was a bit off as some of the tuna fell over. No biggie! The tables are kinda close to each other, so servers had to squeeze by and I'm sure it couldn't be helped that presentation couldn't hold. It took 30min to get our entrees. To be honest, I didn't even realize how much time had passed, but the manager came by and apologized, told us we didn't have to pay for anything and to get dessert on him. Wow! Exceptional service! They had lost our ticket in the kitchen. I appreciate the fact that they were willing to make things right for us even though my friend and I weren't upset. After that, our food came in like 5min. I liked the food. I got Dana's Parmesan chicken. Pretty big portion! Well seasoned and a perfect crunch on the chicken. My friend got the skirt steak salad which she enjoyed. Large portion there too. We got dessert since they said we wouldn't pay a dime lol shared the budino. Delicious! A bit too sweet for us but excellent presentation and the layered textures were an exceptional pairing. Custard, mousse, and crumbled graham cracker. Amazing! Overall, I'd come back. They have a variety of options for food and the fact that their wine is quality is a selling point. And the service was great! Really nice staff too. You can find tons of free parking around here. There's garages and parking lots or parallel parking.

From the service to the food to the wine - it was excellent. Jennifer M was our server and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was refreshing to have a server that went above and beyond. She found us a better table for the seven of us after our original table was a little snug. The Blanc de Blanc was so crisp and light. I could have had 2 more glasses but I'll have to come back for more. The crab shrimp and lobster bisque was served hot and tastes very fresh. The croutons were a nice touch and Jennifer had no problem getting more for us. The cup was a perfect snack size. Moving into my entree - the ahi tuna. Perfectly cooked and the slaw it was served on was really crisp and light and delicious. It came with 2 sauces - one was a creamier one that was great. The fresh ginger on top was an added bonus. I like that they serve tastings of their wines for free and Jennifer didn't mind grabbing several of them for our table. Side note for anyone using a corporate payment - they do show on your bill but are free with dinner. Overall, this was a fantastic meal and the atmosphere was nice. It was busy on a random Monday night which is a good sign. Knowing this place has other locations means I know where to find good food and wine across the US. Again - big shoutout to Jennifer for her patience, friendliness and menu knowledge.

3/5 STARS Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Columbus, OH We came in mainly to redeem our monthly wine bottle (let's be honest--that's what really keeps this place humming) and kept the food simple with just the soup. Food: Overall, the menu is average. A few dishes stand out and are worth ordering if you're here for a meal: - Crab, Shrimp & Lobster Bisque: Flavorful and served piping hot. Definitely the highlight of this visit. - Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon: Usually a safe bet. - Over the Border Egg Rolls: Good texture and seasoning--nice starter. - Pretzel Bread: Inconsistent--sometimes soft and warm, other times dry. Everything else I've tried over time is solid but not remarkable. It's the kind of food that's fine for pairing with wine, but you probably won't crave it later. Ambiance: Bright, modern, and a little loud when it's busy. The big windows make the space feel open and airy, and it feels casual but polished--good for dates or group dinners without being too formal. Service: Service was friendly and attentive even though we kept it light. They were prompt, polite, and didn't rush us. Tips: * Join the wine club--it's the main draw here and makes the visit worth it. * Consider starting with an appetizer or soup to test the food before committing to an entrée. * Reservations are a good idea, especially on weekends. * The wine list is extensive, and flights are a great way to sample different styles. Bottom Line: Come for the wine, stay for the atmosphere, and keep your food expectations realistic. If you treat the food as a solid sidekick to the wine, you'll leave satisfied.

Stopped in here to do a tasting and get some ice wine , great place to try different wines tho it does get crowded around the tasting bars . We also had dinner here. Marlee was a great server. We had the calamari for an appetizer which was a large serving and good . I had the butternut squash ravioli and my daughter had the grilled tenderloin medallions. All was good. For desert we had the crème brûlée. Nice place for dinner and nice atmosphere. Have been here many times and will be back again . They have a wine club that you can join also

It was really expensive for the quality of things.. The drinks were good and so was the food but it wouldn't say the price was worth it.

Sonnet was just as delicious as the wine. I hate we were seated by the kitchen, it felt like we didn't get the full Coopers Hawk guest experience.

This place has measured pour machines with pay-to-play tap cards and the wines are pretty pricey. The machines take up quite a bit of room and create some traffic. I know people love these. I think these are absolutely awful and completely impersonal. I am not basing my review here on the actual machines, just saying they aren't my preference and they feel corporate. I wish they would move them to the back and put comfortable seating there instead. There isn't a ton of seating here. Next, the lighting. This is a very beautiful spot and again, perfect for the day time. They have glass pendant lighting hanging throughout the main area, and at night, these are BRIGHT. Like aisle 7 at Kroger. There is no soft uplighting to balance it, and it's pretty harsh. Between the traffic from the people trying to get wine and that, it doesn't have great ambience. The service we have had has been top notch!
