After two months since my haircut I'm still in awe at how I can just wake up and put minimal effort into making my hair look good. I don't even know what Margo did that was different than the others but it's been freeing. I've had many hairstylists over the years across Canada and also in the UK. I get anxious when booking with a new stylist but Margo immediately put me at ease. She exudes confidence without arrogance. She listened to my preferences and adjusted along the way. She's bleached, and dyed my hair vibrant colours. She made cuts appropriate for the length and my thick, wavy, huge amount of hair. (Including maintaining my pixie!) I have also had my nails done by Katie and Ashleigh. Both were done well and left me feeling like a million bucks! I can't gush about and recommend this salon enough. He seemed like he understood well until he started chopping off my hair all the way above my eyebrows even though I had told him to only cut it to one centimetre below my eyebrows. I told him that he had cut them too short but then he just started saying that it looked better this way and that this was what the style in the pictures I showed him looked like, etc... I was extremely upset at that point, but since nothing much could be done about it, I held it in. After that I got my ends trimmed off. I would have rated the experience one star because of the horribly short bangs, but they were quite polite so I'll give them a star for that. I will not be returning.
