With the pedicure you get a leg and feet exfoliant as well as a nice pedicure with high tech gadgets that scrap off your feet. They have a huge parking lot as well inside it's filled with Clarins products to buy. It's bigger then most stores I have seen displayed. If you're available between 11am - 4pm to patiently deal with front desk staff while they figure out how to use their systems, re-repeat your name, phone number, email, schedule and your preferred stylist (and call you repeatedly), and then find no slots for you in the next month.. this place is for you. If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule **without charging a "no-show" fee after you call to say you're late and get the answering machine** then you might want to look elsewhere. To the management: I recommend a review of front desk staff policies & interactions. The two front desk staff seem more interested in Instagram than customers. PS. The masseuese was a true professional who knew what they were doing. My aching back was feeling so much better after. When you go to this spa you are free to come as early as you like or stay as late as you want after your treatment in order to enjoy the rooftop indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, or relaxation room. I never felt rushed and they encouraged me to stay as long as I wanted. The changing room was nice and had showers with soap, shampoo, etc. They can also provide you with deoderant, a shaving kit, and a toothbrush kit if asked. Along with the robe and slippers they loan you at check-in, you really do not need to bring anything. The relaxation room has bottled water, fancy teas and some nuts and dried fruit. In the end, with local pricing, it was not too expensive. They have monthly promotions so be sure to sign up for their newsletter. The service was the best of any spa ive been to and I look forward to returning again and again.
