The tops smelled the same as well. SO.... I decided to take my pants up to the cleaners behind my house that my roommate uses in the Publix shopping center. I have never experienced such wonderfully pressed and spotless pants from a drycleaners, as I did from Spring Cleaners. Not only that, Jenny who seems to be the only employee who is ever there (maybe she's the owner?), is ALWAYS so friendly, and they always come back on time. They, like other drycleaners in Fulton county HAVE to send the cleaning out to a 3rd party cleaning service for some strange law related to chemical processing. For the 2nd time they have messed up my favorite comforter set. I have been getting this set cleaned for a few years elsewhere and have never had this issue. At first it didn't bother me because they sewed it back. However, when it happen a 2nd time I was piss'd, I also didn't like that I had to wait 2 more days for them to fix it. I did not receive an apology, only an excuse that the fabric is thin and sewn poorly. Tell that to someone else because I don't want to hear it. They even pointed out that it had to be sewn back together before, YEAH by you all! No one but you all keeps messing it up! Ugh! When I asked if I would be receiving a discount for the inconvenience, it was easily brushed off and ignored. I will not be taking my comforter back! Also, this week they just started a $10 minimum debit/credit card charge. That's fine and everything, but I am a regular and was unable to get my items because I didn't have cash on me. You would think that after what I just went through with my comforter (this happened the day I picked my comforter up), they would have been a little more compassionate. Yeah right! The more I think about it, I don't know if I'll be going here any longer after all.

These are items that I am unable to repurchase due to the limited availability. I was trying to support a local business in the area that I heard good things about and then this happens. The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. This place has automatic doors so that you don't struggle getting in the door with your laundry. I was greeted by a couple of employees working there. That's so unusual these days. Usually laundromats almost always run themselves with no one in them. Not here. There are huge rolling carts at the door and there is a ramp so that you don't have to walk down the steps. The washers take either coin or debit card/credit card. This is a win win win for me as I do not carry cash almost never. They have every size machine you can think of and at first it seems a little pricey but he dryers are free. So I guess that's how they offset it but its all good. I had a lot of clothes and only paid $14. I usually pay $20. There is a play area for children, computer, and they even rent UHauls in this location which is another plus. There were plenty of trucks in the lot. That is unusual as well because in Atlanta people move constantly. The place is super clean and even the bathroom is clean. Amazed!!!

Last week I asked if I could use the restroom while doing laundry.. She asked are you doing laundry here. Meanwhile she has walked pass me at least 5 times during my laundry duties.. I've never had any issues with the other laundry attendants ever,after visiting this establishment for 6 times...Very rude customer service i definitely will not be returning.. However I must say the facility is very clean, with modern laundry machines and dryers...they have remodeled the entire laundry mat...installed 3 large screen tvs.....repainted the facility...always a security guard present...all machines are operated by u.s dollar coins only...no debit or credit cards accepted.. A coin change machine is present to exchange your paper money, for dollar coins... It's located in a small shopping plaza..with a churches chicken. Rent to own furniture store...ice cream polar..dollar tree store. Beauty supply store etc...they also have several vending machines to purchase soft drinks and snacks...along with a few arcade games to keep you entertained
