This place has two locations in one shopping center, both just terrible. No attendant ever working at either, places are always dirty and gross. Machines are all antiquate, half of them steal your money and there's no one to help you to get it back, homeless are always hanging out there, never feel safe. Trapped and all alone with laundry. I've been coming here for 8 years because there are two laundry facilities in the same shopping center in Sun City. Neither of them is optimal. You're on your own with guessing whether any machine works - unless you find a series of sticky notes covering the coin slot. Even the exchange dollar bills for quarter machines are an operational crap shoot - that's how antiquated the system is. When I can't make it to Temecula where there are upgraded, digital machines, 5 star, manned with an assistant service, I get to reluctantly come to Sun City and play roulette with the quarters. No refunds if the machine eats your money - if the dryer doesn't dry - if the washing machine never starts. It happens a lot. Newer equipment has been installed in about 1/3 of the place - even that is questionable. DON'T put your money into a digital card - even those don't work. Lastly, often the water levels are so slight, I feel...gypped, ripped off, frustrated almost to tears - I had to calm myself by sweeping up the place, yesterday 07-03-25 - don't want to clean my dirty laundry in a disheveled, ratty laundry mat. I used to not like this place but to be honest and fair they are much like any other laundry place. Don't listen to every bad review you see the place is nice and if you go during the week it's not very busy so you'll easily be able to get your clothes done. They do need to fix some machines but other than that I will continue to use them read more

Absolutely disgusting. After inserting my clothes and coins ($4.75) I open up the lid to put my detergent and am shocked to see the pestilence that is out of this world disgusting. Dryers ate up my money and am playing monopoly to see which one is gonna dry up my clothes. Let alone the washer that didn't even spin my one comforter. This laundry place should be closed due to the lack of customer service, staff & sanitation. The place is ran down & I recorded my washing machine glitching, every lights & numbers on the machine. My clothes only rinsed because the drain where the soap dispenses through was clogged yet the machine took my money & I didn't get a refund. I called two numbers that are listed & I never got a call back after leaving a message. I was there from 12:30pm to 2pm. They didn't close until 8:00 p.m. I was told that the manager's off today. I was also told that the manager is never present. the janitor told me that it's been one of those days that they have two locations that he's been running back & forth dealing with problems & that he wants to quit. As bad as the reviews are, I needed to get my laundry done lol this place was fine. I ran into no problems with the owners or who ever a lot of the reviews were talking about, didn't even see anyone working actually the office was shut and no one was in here, ran into some rlly nice people just trying to get their laundry done and it was quick and easy coin machine along with the washers I was using all worked, the place is actually pretty clean other then some of the washers where you put your detergent in were a little gross but what ever, place is decorated for Christmas which is fun overall this place is fine read more

Very sad that this is the only option. 4.75 for 1 large load to wash. At least $1 (maybe more) I am only here today because my washer broke and waiting on repair but anyone that has to come here weekly this is a rip off. First of all both quarter machines are out of service. Finally found some quarters. This place is dirty and the washers and dryers are at least 30 years old! Well well, where should I start, the people that wash over here are really nice , but the overall of the laundromat should close down and remodel. It is so dirty trash everywhere, they have cameras almost all the corner of the laundromat, they have notes posted if you have a problem call this number, but when you call the voicemail is full . This is the only laundromat that's close to our area, so we use it to wash big comforters, but the reason why if push me to write this review, is the attitude of the guy (white) excuse me, that supposed to take care of the place, is more stinky than the place itself, he argued with the customers instead of helping, most of the dryers don't work, you put in $2.75 and it doesn't dry a comforter. You might look ok somewhere else to wash your laundry. read more

This is the filthiest most discussing laundermat I have ever been to. They were out of change and a lot of the washers don't even work and they are not even marked out if order. Only 3 carts for the whole place and they have broken wheels. Went there to wash my comforter and the machines spin cycle didn't work. I would drive to Perris or Temecula before I would come back here. Very unsanitary place. read more

This is the worst laundromat I've ever been to. It's always disgusting, allot of the machines don't work, and are out of service. Dryers take forever to dry. This place was never top notch but has gotten drastically worse. Most the washers don't work and leave clothes soaking wet. The dryers don't get very warm and won't take the quarters half the time. The coin machine is often out of service. There is never anyone there to help when you do need assistance. I was there one day when the cleaning person came and it actually grossed me out the way she was semi cleaning the soap dispensers. I think the laundry mat should be well kept and clean considering you are there to clean your clothes! read more

100% cannot come here without losing money by getting ripped off by washer dryer that is malfunctioning or soap dispenser that isn't stocked. There is a distinct stinky scent upon walking in. (Not pleasing when you want your clothing cleaned). The machines ate some of my money & the dryers aren't super hot. I walk in carrying a full basket of laundry, and I say to the two employees sitting down chatting behind the counter, "Excuse me, do you have a change machine?" They say, "no, it's out of order" and resume their conversation. I stare at them for a few seconds, assuming they will say something helpful - of course I couldn't be that lucky. I ask if they can make change (assuming that might be possible, since they have a sign offering tailoring, alterations and laundry service) and they just say "no" and resume their chatting once again. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Continuously having problems with the washers and dryers. When you lose money, they tell you either come back on Friday or leave your name and address so they can mail you a check. My clothes have been stuck in the rinse cycle in the washer today for 3 hours with water leaking. I attempted to call the manager number on the wall and no one answers or anwsers the multiple voicemails i left. I lost out on work because my clothes for work are stuck here. I'll never come back. I had to have the dry cleaner call him to come out. A really crappy experience! read more

This Laundromat is much cleaner then the other landromat on Sun City Blvd. Depending on what day you go & wash clothes or dry them, it's never crowded. I only have one complaint and that is that they need to provide at least two more Laundry baskets, the portable ones. read more

This place is completely different than what it used to be!! I can't believe how clean the place looks now!! I always come to wash here and it has really improved there are more machines available then before and the overall presentation of the place looks better looks like they remodeled....they even have a nice seating area with tables to sit and wait for your wash. Half the machines do not work and the ones that are supposed to work that do not have a broken sign do not when you go to management you are bothering them.
