I explicitly requested light starch and indicated that creases should only be applied to the sleeves and trousers, with a particular emphasis on *avoiding* military creases on the front of the blouses. To my considerable dismay, upon collecting my items four days later, it was immediately apparent that these instructions had been entirely disregarded. Not only were my specific requests not met, but the service provided was, in fact, the exact opposite of what I had carefully stipulated. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff at pickup, I was met with explanations that did not adequately address the failure to follow instructions, even after I highlighted that my precise requirements were documented on the service tag your own team had created. This oversight meant that I left your premises with garments that were unusable as presented. As a direct result, I was compelled to return home and personally re-wash and re-iron the items myself to achieve the desired look and feel. The quality of my own efforts, I must add, significantly surpassed the 'professional' service for which I had paid. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of both my time and money. So I googled the closest laundromat to the hotel and this was one of two options. From first glance on Yelp, Town Center was the cleanest looking place out of the two and seemed to be surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants because I would need something to do while waiting on my clothes. So, I headed there. I've never used a laundromat before, so I was pretty clueless on how things work. I went to the store to get cash for quarters for the machines and I guess machines don't take quarters anymore. All payments are with a card and they have laundry vending machines with all of the necessary items if needed. They have plenty of rows of wash machines and dryers with different sizes for small or larger loads. Lastly, it seemed like every where I looked there were assistants on every row helping people with questions or advice on the size of their loads and the best machines for which. They were super helpful with anything I needed. It took about an hour and a half so I went and grabbed a bite to eat in the plaza, came back and watched some football on the flat screen TV's they have on the walls. This location has had some issues over the course of the last year, and I had been so disappointed when they closed their doors the first time in May. When I was here for the Korean market nearby and saw their doors were open again, I was appreciative of their inexpensive but great quality dry cleaning. Paying up front definitely saved me so much money. The staff was always very friendly. I hope they are able to resolve whatever financial concerns there may be and able to keep their doors open.
