We had two laundry bags one clothes & the other towels. Come to find out the cheapest wash is $6.50 and it caps out at $11. That's crazy. I get that the owner is trying to justify the prices by saying that the machines are new , but the facility is very small and the AC does not work very well. It's very hot in there. And there is very limited seating. The original laundromat that my husband and I would go to at the north end of the lake is the brand new coin laundry and they're obviously brand new and the washes start at I believe $3.50 and cap out at $8.50. And the dryers are a quarter for six minutes. I can do the same two bags of laundry there for about $15-$20. And that seems way more reasonable than $13 just for the wash alone if the two bags fit in the smallest washer which they don't. So it would have been double for me to do the same laundry at this facility. And upon arrival, there is no rolling laundry baskets outside and there is a large sign stating that you cannot wash any pet items no pet blankets no pet beds no horse blankets. Basically you cannot wash any thing there if you have pets/pet items. -in response to your message I walked in, had a conversation with my husband, about the prices after I saw the prices, As my husband was already inside before I came in. Your machines are small and your condescending attitude and how you respond to the customers who leave you reviews that are not four or five stars is telling of the type of business owner that you are. This was the first time in a very long time I've been to a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, high quality commercial equipment and the employees who helped get a newbie started. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. AMAZING. You're on your own with guessing whether any machine works - unless you find a series of sticky notes covering the coin slot. Even the exchange dollar bills for quarter machines are an operational crap shoot - that's how antiquated the system is. When I can't make it to Temecula where there are upgraded, digital machines, 5 star, manned with an assistant service, I get to reluctantly come to Sun City and play roulette with the quarters. No refunds if the machine eats your money - if the dryer doesn't dry - if the washing machine never starts. It happens a lot. Newer equipment has been installed in about 1/3 of the place - even that is questionable. DON'T put your money into a digital card - even those don't work. Lastly, often the water levels are so slight, I feel...gypped, ripped off, frustrated almost to tears - I had to calm myself by sweeping up the place, yesterday 07-03-25 - don't want to clean my dirty laundry in a disheveled, ratty laundry mat.
