One is you need to use a machine to load money onto a card to use in the washing machines. The device is not user-friendly and almost nobody in the place is fluent in english. The other drawback I found was that the washer machines are not user-friendly either when it comes to settings for a wash. They do have plenty of parking outside, which is a good thing. I would say , unless you don't have your own washer and dryer , it's probably a decent place to consider if you can figure out how to operate the card loading device.

I was thrilled to see this Laundromax was being built (It was formerly a Salvation Army that went…read morevacant for nearly a decade) and that this property was being upgraded for an essential service for the community. The parking lot is midsized and recently resurfaced, the property is also handicap accessible. The doors are also automatic which is a huge help when entering/exiting the facility. They have a large variety of washing machines that are all clearly labeled for weight limits, each machine provides you touch screen directions and once acclimated are very easy to operate. All machines also require a Laundromax card (first purchase of a card costs 1$ per) that can purchased from a wall kioski. Majority of the dryers on site can accommodate 45 lbs. and they also have a few max load dryers for 80lbs. Each folding table also includes a cart and a chair. Though I didn't interact with the employees they were attentive to the dry cleaning customers as well as a few older customers that had technical difficulties. Overall this is a great affordable investment to the community and I'm thrilled to see it's addressing a lot of the pitfalls of laundromats.

Constantly I have been spoken to rudely by the elderly woman who works day shift small comment about my clothes having a smell ( I have small children which I expressed and at times they bed wet given my busy travel schedule for work I don't get to it in time. I was going to a different one that was much cheaper but one time I got there and there were zero parking spots so I drove here instead. The prices here are much steeper but I think you get what you pay for. Right off the main road, there is plenty of lot parking located in the back and the place is bright and welcoming. You will several washing machines and dryers always readily available. I haven't had to wait once for availability. I typically have to do two loads that usually run me around $17 and the wash loads do give you free drying based off the load size - I don't like to overload my drying so typically have to pay a bit extra ($0.25 for 10 mins). There is a $3 charge to get a card initially that you can reload but just note they aren't in increments that always work in your favor so bring some $10's, $5's and $1's so you don't end up with more on the card than needed if you don't plan on returning. During the hot summer, they have the AC and fans running to help cool you down. Several sitting areas as well as tables (with WiFi available!) in case you need to do some work. The workers here are always very pleasant and helpful. There are restrooms that they keep extremely tidy as well. Great option if you're looking for a laundromat in the area.
