Im new to the area. I also haven't done my laundry in a laundramat in 50 years. I went to 3 different places. First let me say I dont bother anyone and dont expect special treatment, however, the staff at those 3 places could not care any less. I was not familiar with the 'card'. No one would assist me. I felt so stupid. Then I stopped in at Laundromax. Brenda helped me. She showed me how to do everything. The women there are all so nice. By the way, for 50 years, I did my laundry at home. This place is awesome! I drive out of the way to come here because it's literally always a great experience. Doing laundry not at home already sucks but this place makes it so much smoother. Male staff is rude. I prefer the more helpful female staffers. Bathroom clean.... Plenty of seating, vending, dominoes nearby. Lots of carts and different size washers. Tv viewing and bright space. I feel safe at 60 coming at an hour. read more

On the surface this is a neat place. A good assortment of new machines, many lounge chairs to rest in and lots of clean large work services. So why the negative review? Because this place cost twice what we normally pay as we've been traveling throughout the country. Part of it is the $3.00 cash card you must buy. The other charges result from $1.75 for the smallest box of detergent (normally $1-$1.25) and the washer and dryers which, again, are more than customary. Only wish that I hadn't quickly rummaged through the reviews and understood what the business was about. Would've much preferred an old-skool reasonably price establishment that took quarters. read more

Very large facility with several different aching types. ample parking lot and off street parking. They have many amenities such as a spacious lounge, massage chairs, vending machines, bill breaker machines, and an abundance of laundry supplies that can purchase from the facility staff. The only negative is that you can't use quarters in any of the machines. read more

I have visited this location twice with over 70lbs of laundry each time, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. I love their drop off service, it is very affordable. The location is clean, and spacious. Michelle is super helpful and will walk you through doing your laundry in their machines, or she will happily take your clothes for the drop off service. Sometimes the turn around is a bit slow but that is understood because of demand and lack of staff read more

I recently visited this coin-operated laundry and was impressed! The staff was friendly and courteous. The place is huge and super clean, with a gazillion washers and dryers available. Great spot for getting laundry done efficiently. They also have a free library for kids where you can take one and leave one. It's a thoughtful addition that makes waiting for your laundry enjoyable. Price is right. Free dry. Place is clean. Staff very helpful for a first time in a decade laundry mat user. The jumbo machine can easily fit 3-5 loads of laundry. I put three in with so much more room. So $11 to wash/dry three loads in 43 min (23 wash, 40 dry). Only complaint is a laundry debit card is $5 ( and comes with $2 of value; so $3 for plastic). And you need a $5 bill to buy the card. I'd rather put a $20 in and have it take the fee but the machine can't figure that out. :) read more

I live in North providence and drive to this facility every Sunday morning. I absolutely love this one. I have tried the one on mineral spring ave but didn't have the best experience. That's why i drive the 15 minute difference to come here. The Sunday girls are awsome place is always clean and they are so helpful and polite. I look forward to my Sunday morning laundry. read more

A friend of mine and came in here on a recommendation and Was very disappointed. The staff member here was not helpful at all and the lady behind the desk made it seem like we were bothering her with our questions on how to obtain and use the laundry card witch customer service should be priority, if it wasn't for customers she wouldn't have a job. I feel that they over charge for the services they offer here and the offer of free dryers in my opinion isn't worth the Agrivation of dealing with rude employees. I don't recommend anyone to come here unless they want a migraine. read more

I was told they would be able to do same day service. I called on the same day and it was not ready. Fast Forward and it's been a week and my laundry is still not finished. A simple fix would be to communicate with customers that they don't offer that service and it takes a week for clean laundry service turnaround. read more

Really need to install automatic doors to make easier for all customers, especially the elderly.

Really disappointed with their drop off service. We gave them an all natural detergent to use in our clothes and they always came back smelling like floor cleaner and often dirty...There seems to be a lack a communication between the staff as well. There also needs to be a better solution to all the excess plastic they are using. We had many problems over the six months we used them, very upset that they could not use the correct detergent and keep chemicals out of our clothing read more

Frequent customer who went to drop off my clothes at the drop off service. I waited at the counter for a few minutes. The representative came inside and looked at me with my basket and said Yes??? like I was disturbing her..I said I'm here to drop off my clothes (the basket of dirty laundry next to me was visible. She then says we're backed up your clothes won't be ready til Sunday Monday or Tuesday. Today is Friday and I only had one load. I said 4 days for one load of laundry. She said yep. The inventory of clothes behind her wasn't a lot and Her attitude could have been better towards me. I took my clothes to another laundry that gladly gave me a 24 hr turnaround time. It is clean the water that's use is clean and my laundry comes out smelling cleaner it does get busy it does has its peak in in the amount of people or customers that's present with this COVID-19 that's going around I find that I have to go when there's less people read more
