An employee accountable and hardworking, I recently left my work shirts for the laundry service, and Amanda really came thru she has a lot of integrity and cares about the people, keeping her word and following through, going above and beyond even met me on her day off to get my shirts to me!

As of right now ALL machines are in operation. And guess what I'm typing this from the laundromat, hence cell service has also improved drastically. Still a no thrills kind of place, but what laundromat isn't. Empty your bladder because there is no bathroom available.

I tried the phone number on the door and-- to my surprise-- the owner answered & arranged to meet at the cleaners to pick up the load (which had been removed from the dryer). It was a true act of kindness and saved my day! Wash loads are $4.50 and you can easily fit 2 wash loads in one oversized dryer. Another review mentions bathrooms, but there are no bathrooms at this Laundromat.

I pick up my pants on Tuesday and notice a TON of holes all over my pants!! I showed the owner and she made up excuse after excuse. She said, "They were like that before. You have a moth problem" MOTHS?! NO! When I brought them in, they were perfectly intact. Then she says, "Oh yeah, when you bring them in, we dry clean and then holes show up," So I explained that she just admitted that they made the holes and she goes right back to her moth conspiracy. Last time I checked, there's not a huge moth problem on the pacific coast. And I double checked our closet... no sign of moths or larve or casings. Nothing!! And if I had moths, wouldn't my shirts have also been affected? Should be, right? Nope, my shirts are free of holes. This owner is a fraud, a liar and I will go out of my way to make sure that no one falls for their horrible business practices. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!! I'M WARNING YOU NOW. I will NEVER use them again. Period. You shouldn't either.

Not only because of their sparkling new modern machines, but the amazing person that helped me through the entire process. His name is Clarence and let me tell you, he was organized, quick, and professional. I didn't know how to pick the right sized machine or even how to operate them. He took the time to show me the ropes and he did it with an enthusiastic smile on his face. I hope the next time I come here that Clarence is still their helping the uninitiated. Such a rip off!!!
