Well I want my clothes to come back cleaner then when I dropped them off, I want my clothes to come back the same size and shape, I don't want to be bilked with outrageous prices, and good customer service doesn't hurt. Dryclean 4 U satisfied all my requirements. All my proverbial checkboxes were marked off. The staff is fabulous. I took my Tommy Bahama sweat jacket into Dryclean 4u to replace the zipper. They seemed to have doubts if they could do the job, but gave me a price of $45 to repair. It took two weeks for the repair. The zipper they replaced it with was a cheap plastic zipper. I've noticed several times using, if you don't properly seat the zipper it does not zip. The original was metal. I will never use their services again! read more

I called ahead to see if they offered steam press. I was told on the phone that they did so I brought my uniforms on for cleaning and steam press. I stressed to the lady that helped me, owner i believe, that we were looking for crisp clean uniforms and she told me for more $ she offers steam pressing that she does at home. I agreed and asked for medium starch. I picked up my clothes today and the front one looked ok, my mistake was not looking at all of them before leaving the shop because when i got home and went to put them away i saw the rest of the shirts and they were wrinkled and there is little to no starch. I called and was told the owner is out of town and won't be back until tuesday. I can bring them back but won't receive them until later in the week and when i do bring them back the owner will look at them and decide if she will redo them. Ohh and if i wear them then they definitely won't redo them. I work for a living these are my work shirts my only option is to spray starch and iron them so i can get to work in proper uniform. I would never recommend them and not only that i wouldn't go back after the way i was treated over the phone. By the way one regular dry clean shirt is about $2.85 to have it steam pressed was $5.85 (ballpark) read more

Finding a good dry cleaner is kind of like finding a good auto repair shop. If you find a good one, stick with it ! That's the case with this place. After my office moved I was in search of a new spot to get my dry cleaning done. After a few unsuccessful "test runs" near my new office, I tried the one nearest to my home. Like an "altered suit" ( they do that also ) it was a perfect fit. Fair prices, nice people and good service !!! My only regret was not trying them earlier. My wife and son also use them for cleaning and alterations. We'll be using their services for many years, I'm guessing. read more

I won't be back. My most recent experience here was awful. Brought in two silky shirts for dry cleaning. Both had stains. Also needed these next day for out of town wedding. Stains were not removed but were charged full price. When I picked up shirts no mention that stains were not removed. Could not even wear either shirt for wedding. Brought them back and wanted to charge another $6.75 each to clean again. The whole point of dry cleaning is to clean shirt including stains. I don't agree with policy that they are not responsible for stain removal. Guess what, I washed shirts myself and stains came out. Obviously keeping customers not a priority at this place. read more

I give this business Zero stars, but I could not post my review without giving at lease one star. I brought my son's tuxedo he must wear for band performances to Dryclean 4 U the week before he had a concert. I ordered cleaning of the entire tux and hemming of one pant leg. My husband picked the tuxedo up the day it was promised. I was out of town. When my son got dressed for his concert, he noticed all of the black button covers and the cuff-links that were on the tuxedo shirt were missing, the black velvet button that had been on the jacket was gone AND the pant leg was never hemmed. We had to tape the hem of his pant leg for the concert. When I met with the owner the next morning she refused to admit any fault, claiming the button, button covers, and cuff-links were never there. One (only one!) button cover was handed back to my husband when he picked up the tuxedo and paid. He asked what it was for and was told it went with the tuxedo. I brought the one button cover in when I spoke with the owner. She took the cover while briefly checking around for the others and never returned the one cover to me. I managed to get a refund for the hemming that was never done and for the dry cleaning of the tuxedo. The owner refused to credit me for the missing items. I had $76 worth of other dry cleaning on the premises. The owner refused to give those clothes back to me unless I paid in full. In short: DON'T USE THIS DRY CLEANER - EVER!!! read more

It is important to remember that customers keep you in business, without customers you will go out of business. Professional etiquette and courtesy is important when dealing with clients, customers or people in general. A few small mistakes are can be overlooked as things happen, but denial damage to clothes and not taking responsibility, or even trying to appease the customer, especially a good customer tells me everything about the integrity & honor of the business owner. I brought a sweater to have a button sewn on and dry cleaned. The owner took my order and we both looked at the sweater and where the button needed to be sewn. In addition, I had other clothes and had to BRING BACK A SUIT for re pressing as the lapel was pressed incorrectly. I also, dropped off other items. When I came to pick it up, the clerk told me the sweater had not been cleaned because she wanted to show me a snag going across the front of the sweater and a loose string had been pulled. I told the clerk that had not been there before and she looked at me with a very guilty face. I will add, this sweater cost $228.00 from Nordstroms and this was the first time it had been cleaned. I returned the next morning, to speak with the owner and the owner rather than being gracious or polite trying to appease a customer was in a verbal stance to fight with me. She denied any wrong doing and was not apologetic but rather combative. In the past shirts have not been pressed well around the collar. They may be a little less expensive but being penny wise is pound foolish. I rather pay more to have my clothes done correctly and bring my clothes to a dry cleaner that takes accountability then a cleaners that denies any wrong doing and even when I brought my suit back for repressing the Owner was not apologetic.
