Pay attention people: Do NOT use this place for tailoring!! I took in 3 items to have the length shortened, one skirt, 2 pair of pants, 1 jacket to have sleeves shortened and 1 blazer dry cleaned....cost $167.37!!! I paid a lot of $$$ because the pants were high value and needed alteration. Blazer, jacket and skirt are okay but she butchered the pants! She measured in shop to the floor, pick up the pants today and they're ruined! Cropped both pair to mid shin....unwearable now and I'm so upset! I really want to like this cleaner, they are friendly and fast, but simply do not do a great job with fine clothing or stain removal. I have tried them for the past 6 months since they are the closest cleaner to my house. On the pro side, they do simple alterations, and deliver on time. But for expensive, delicate clothing or small stains, I'm going to go elsewhere I just got back a very fine Vince alpaca sweater that I have only worn once. It looks ragged and worse than when I took it in. They have yet to get out any blemish or stain on anything. The close just come back with the stain tag. Sometimes that makes sense, but perhaps not every time. It could be that I'm a difficult case, I travel a lot for work and dry clean most of my clothes, this place may be fine for every day cleaning, but I won't be using them again for my nicer items. read more

I recently took a pair of pants and a pair of shorts in to be altered. The pants were an easy hem but the shorts needed to have the whole top waist (high waist) taken in. They now fit me PERFECTLY. Highly recommended! I bought a used 49ers gold vintage jacket from the 1980s off eBay that had many stains: oils, pen marks, beer, who knows what else! There were multiple oil spots on the right breast (see attached photo to see them gone!) I called them, but they didn't answer the phone, so I hung up. A few minutes later, they called me back saying they saw my missed call. You have my business by calling me back! I explained to them the jacket, and they told me to bring it in. Had my husband do it that afternoon. He told me they were very through, and explained to him the jacket was made of nylon and that they would take special care in making sure the jacket was cleaned correctly. They also did next day service for only $1 more! I picked the jacket up today, and it's nothing short of incredible! The jacket looks brand new! I wish I had a before photo! But the jacket was very dingy, now it's sparkling and so clean! Very impressed with this place and we will continue to give them our business! read more

I dropped off my 49er jerseys on Wednesday to have them ready by Saturday for the game I'm attending on Sunday. My husband went to pick them up AND THEY WERENT TOUCHED. They told us to be there at 2pm and he got there at 2:10. And the employee said give me 20 minutes & he was in a rush so he said no I'll just take them. The man refused to give them to him and said no please wait. My husband said he couldn't and again asked for them. The man used the steamer to steam them and proceeded to try to charge my husband 30$!!!!!! He wouldn't let him leave without paying when they did nothing! They did not touch them!!!!
