I took my father to Brookvale to have this BMW repaired. As it was only three years old and just out of warranty, they replaced the parts free of charge. This was a huge relief to my father as it would have cost him $5000 or more. Car dealers can sometimes be a little dodgy, but the salespeople at Col Crawford BMW are ethical and act in the best interest of their customers. My father was also without a car for over a week and as a result they lent him a brand new red BMW convertible. It was quite a treat considering this car was brand new and very flashy! I would have thought the model I picked had enough extras on it .... but noooooo. In the end I gave up and went elsewhere.
