They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. After spilling some (very little) water on my brand new MacBook Pro one night, I called That Computer the next day when it didn't turn on. I had a huge 2-day job interview in San Antonio. I'm a Mac guy but my wife need a PC Laptop for her Real Estate business. (2008 ish) Bill gave us a great deal on a used Laptop loaded with OS and Office. It was still running 4 years later when we donated it to Goodwill. 4. I had a piece of Memory go bad in my laptop. Bill identified what I needed. Again, he had it in stock and at a great price. 5.
