I'm going to fix this now! Bill Carter and his staff are tops. You will not find a more reliable group of Computer Techs in Columbia. Bill is as honest as they come. Some of my Silicon Experiences: 1. I was in the shop some time ago and the staff was relaying to the computer owner that they had been able to recover her data and her laptop was good as new. I thought the woman was going to cry. 2. I called Bill looking for a larger Hard Drive. Not only did he stock the drive I needed, he gave me a better price than the big box store. 3. I'm a Mac guy but my wife need a PC Laptop for her Real Estate business. (2008 ish) Bill gave us a great deal on a used Laptop loaded with OS and Office. It was still running 4 years later when we donated it to Goodwill. 4. I had a piece of Memory go bad in my laptop. Bill identified what I needed. Again, he had it in stock and at a great price. 5. I was doing a Trade Show at the local VA. One of the reps there downloaded a fairly nasty virus. I sent her down to Bill's to see what could be done. As far as pricing they charge pretty great rates for iPhone screens. For my iPhone 6s+ it was about $170. The customer service was great! Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on.

After spilling some (very little) water on my brand new MacBook Pro one night, I called That Computer the next day when it didn't turn on. I had a huge 2-day job interview in San Antonio.
